Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Senior Database Operations Engineer will provide timely and quality database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers. They will manage highly resilient corporate and cloud database infrastructure utilized by GHX DaaS/SaaS solutions. The Sr Database Ops Engineer will work with various operational and development teams to plan, design and implement and support core database functionality that meets company initiatives with respect to performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to operational policies and principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in CS or related discipline or equivalent experience
•5-8 years’ experience in Database Administration
•In depth knowledge of at least one RDBMS platform or No-SQL platform (ie MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Oracle or SQL server) with familiarity and the ability to support additional platforms at a basic level
•Experience with hybrid and public cloud concepts
•Part of a support organization involved in implementation projects
•Proven ability to manage databases in a high transaction/high availability environment
•Experience with horizontal scaling and high availability technologies/concepts (ie Oracle RAC & Dataguard, SQL Server ‘Always On’)
•Hands-on experience with Solaris, UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems in a physical and/or virtual environment

Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to be the technical anchor for our frontend capability. This role goes beyond feature delivery — you will define the frontend architecture, establish the component design system, own the Next.js application structure, drive performance standards, and mentor Senior and mid-level frontend engineers. ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Data Science department at BOLD is responsible for discovering patterns and trends in datasets to get insights, creating predictive algorithms and data models, improving the quality of data or product offerings by utilizing machine learning techniques, distributing suggestions to other teams and top management, and using data tools such as Python and SQL.

The Data Science team actively collaborates with other vertical teams such as Engineering, Portals, BI, Product, Legal. Most of the projects are focused around problems that require a mix of natural language processing and machine learning. Some of the active projects are resume parsing, ranking, summary generation, data quality and scoring, content generation, job recommendations, and conversion analysis. Apart from the business initiatives, the team also explores state of the art methods and keeps them upto to date with technology.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Demonstrate ability to work on data science projects involving predictive modelling, NLP, statistical analysis, vector space modelling, machine learning etc. 
• Leverage our rich data sets of user data to perform research, develop models and create data products with our Development & Product teams 
• Develop novel and scalable data systems in cooperation with our system architects that leverage datasets using machine learning techniques to enhance the user experience

As a Technical Consultant (TC), you lead the technical delivery of Bloomreach Product Discovery implementations for EMEA and APAC enterprise commerce customers. • Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes infrastructure, including security architecture, hardening, and operational best practices
• Experience improving infrastructure security, including CI/CD hardening and mitigating software supply chain risks
• Experience with container and dependency security tools (e.g., Snyk, Trivy, Grype, etc.)
• Ability to investigate issues directly using logs, cloud tooling, and system-level data
• Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies (OWASP, SANS, etc.)
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and SOC 2

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience designing and tuning detection rules, reducing alert noise, and improving investigation workflows
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security controls, including IAM, network segmentation, and container security
• Familiarity with log-based detection, telemetry pipelines, and security analytics use cases
• Experience designing secure CI/CD workflows that reduce exposure to vulnerable dependencies and untrusted artifacts
• Ability to assess application and infrastructure risk and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Experience aligning technical security work with regulatory and compliance expectations
• Experience using automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve consistency at scale
