About the team
Role Overview
We are seeking an analytically-driven Data Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team at Stripe. This role bridges the gap between data science and financial planning, requiring someone who can transform complex business data into actionable financial insights. You will build sophisticated dashboards, develop predictive models, and serve as the technical backbone for our FP&A and GTM analytics initiatives. What You'll Do
Financial Data Analytics & Modeling
- Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards for FP&A, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Develop automated financial reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy
- Create sophisticated data models to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
- Build predictive models for revenue forecasting, customer lifetime value, churn analysis, and unit economics
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and FP&A teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and implement data infrastructure for financial planning cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews, annual budgets, long-range planning)
- Develop self-service analytics capabilities enabling finance teams to access real-time business insights
- Create executive dashboards tracking key financial and operational metrics (ARR, bookings, retention, CAC, LTV)
Data Engineering & Analytics Infrastructure
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple source systems
- Build ETL pipelines to integrate financial data from ERP, CRM, billing, and data warehouse systems
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across financial reporting systems
- Optimize database performance and data architecture for scalability
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc financial modeling and what-if scenario analysis
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop advanced analytics and ML models for finance use cases
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Must Have: Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Must Have: Expert-level experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik)
- Must Have: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Preferred: Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
- Preferred: Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks)

About the Role
We're building the infrastructure that lets companies actually activate their data, not just store it. As the first Account Executive selling into India you'll help define how we bring Hightouch to a region where data infrastructure is evolving fast, and enterprises are hungry for modern solutions.
You'll be building a pipeline from scratch, running full sales cycles with enterprise accounts, and testing what resonates in APAC markets. You'll work directly with founders to shape our regional go-to-market strategy, influence product priorities based on what you're hearing in the field, and close deals that move the needle. This isn't about executing someone else's playbook—it's about writing it.
We're looking for an AE who's as comfortable running outbound campaigns as they are running executive-level discovery calls. You'll build relationships with data leaders, marketing executives, and technical buyers. You'll also partner closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure what we're selling actually solves real problems.
What this looks like:
- Building and owning your pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and partner relationships
- Running enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close—discovery, technical demos, negotiation, and everything in between
- Testing messaging and positioning specific to APAC markets, then feeding insights back to refine our global strategy
- Collaborating with product and engineering to represent customer needs and influence our roadmap
- Establishing Hightouch's presence in the region—finding early design partners, building case studies, and creating momentum
You'll be great here if you have:
- 3-5 years experience selling complex enterprise SaaS to India/Singpore.
- Background in a BDR/SDR role, with strong outbounding skills.

About The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will become the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey starting from kick-off to onboarding to continued customer success and finally, increased adoption. You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest extent and beyond.
In this role, you strive to understand customer requirements and issues at the molecular level. No matter your background, you have a natural curiosity to uncover a customer’s use case and help navigate to the most elegant and efficient solution. Fundamentally, you are enamored with how a company can utilize data to its fullest extent. What You’ll Do
- As a critical member of the Customer Success team you will be responsible for the retention and expansion our largest Enterprise customers
- You will be part of a team that will work closely with Sales to strategize on how to increase the adoption of Hightouch within large organizations
- From a technical perspective, your primary responsibilities will be to deliver a timely and organized onboarding for customers through effective project management, ensure customers see the full value in Hightouch’s products, and advise on technical best practices
- Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our products
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations

What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience in a client facing and / or technology focused role where business experience and technical acumen was combined
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, etc.)

We're seeking a Head of Machine Learning to own and scale the ML function at Prodigal. This is the senior-most ML role in the company — partnering directly with the CTO as a peer technical leader, defining the multi-year ML vision, building and leading a world-class team, and translating cutting-edge research into production systems that move the needle for over 100 customers and millions of consumers. Responsibilities:
- Own the ML function end-to-end — vision, roadmap, team, delivery, and measurable business impact across classical ML, NLP, GenAI, and Agentic AI

- Build and lead a high-performing ML organization — hire, mentor, and develop ML engineers, applied scientists, and tech leads across multiple pods

- Set technical standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and experimentation that scale across the org

- Communicate strategy and outcomes clearly to the founders, board, customers, and broader engineering organization
- Represent Prodigal externally — at conferences, in research collaborations, and as a senior voice in the consumer finance AI community
- Stay at the frontier of ML and GenAI research, identifying where new techniques unlock product and business advantage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, GTM, and customer success leaders to ensure ML investment ties directly to revenue, retention, and customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning and software development at a tech or product company, with 4+ years leading ML teams (managing engineers and/or tech leads)
- Proven track record of shipping ML products in production at scale with measurable business impact
- Deep technical fluency across classical ML, deep learning, and the modern NLP/LLM stack — you can still go deep in design reviews, not just review at the surface
- Strong coding skills in Python. Hands-on with PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and Spark
- Demonstrated success hiring, mentoring, and growing ML talent — including team leads and senior engineers
- Strong executive communication and the ability to set technical direction with founders, peers, and the board
- A bias for outcomes — you connect model work to revenue, engagement, and operational metrics
Preferred Qualifications:

The Role
We are currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure to join the AI Platform team that powers seamless insights and interaction through natural language and data intelligence across our AI products.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll architect, build, and operate the backend and platform systems that power AI Platform. You’ll work across service design, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, event-driven processing, observability, CI/CD, and production reliability, helping shape the technical direction of a platform that supports scalable, client-facing AI experiences.
This role requires a strong software engineering foundation combined with deep infrastructure and systems thinking. We are looking for an engineer who can write high-quality production code, make sound architectural tradeoffs, and own platform capabilities end-to-end — not someone focused only on scripting, cloud configuration, or infrastructure tooling in isolation.
You will collaborate closely with frontend, product, and AI/ML engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems that align with Addepar’s standards of performance, resilience, and trust.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and operate backend services and infrastructure that power AI Platform products.
- Write high-quality production code for platform and service layers, with strong emphasis on maintainability, reliability, and performance.
- Architect and evolve distributed systems that support AI Platform capabilities such as real-time interactions, asynchronous processing, and secure data workflows.

This Clinical Data Analyst position is a high impact, intellectually challenging role that requires a diverse set of analytical and technical skills. Responsibilities
· Use technical skills to scope out clinical informatics data analyses requests from both internal and external customers, produce studies and results within an agreed deadline.
· Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure that clinical data projects are successfully executed and delivered.
· Excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot any data analyses. Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on real-world data to address their empirical questions.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer for Cloud Data Warehouse database connector team and supporting other databases teams to drive improved performance, reliability, and analytical power for our platform to delight our customers in how they use their data.

To help us scale and deliver solutions across our Data Mesh platform, we are looking for a DevOps engineer who can be responsible for the deployment of our data solutions using Azure DevOps. Automation is at the core of our solutions, which spans our development, testing and production infrastructures. A focus on balancing agility, low maintenance and security is critical.

You Will
- Design, build, and maintain governed metric models — standardised, reusable definitions of business KPIs that dashboards, reports, and AI agents all query from a single source of truth
- Own the automation and maintenance of corporate scorecards and executive reporting (SLT/XLT), ensuring trusted, timely data with AI-powered anomaly detection and alerting
- Conduct deep dives on key KPIs and company goals, surfacing actionable insights and translating short- and long-term business priorities into data-driven recommendations shared via reviews and async updates

You Have:

Critically, this role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and people. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable enabling a frontline sales rep to understand and act on a dashboard as they are presenting strategic insight to a C-suite audience. They will also be a confident and curious adopter of large language model (LLM) tools — using AI to accelerate their own analytical workflow and helping the wider business do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as the primary analytics partner to senior commercial stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Apply strong business analysis discipline — translating ambiguous business questions into well-scoped requirements, clear success criteria, and structured analytical briefs before any build begins.
- Proactively surface insights, trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making at leadership level.

Your day to day
- Architect, design, and implement high-volume batch and real-time data pipelines using PySpark, SparkSQL, Databricks Workflows, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Build end‑to‑end ingestion frameworks integrating with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS services (S3, SQS, Lambda), and vendor data APIs, ensuring data quality, lineage, and schema evolution.
- Develop data modeling frameworks, including star/snowflake schemas and optimization techniques for analytical workloads on cloud data warehouses.
- Lead technical solution design for health plan clients, creating highly available, fault-tolerant architectures across multi-account AWS environments.

What you bring to the team

As the Data Engineer for the Customer Data Platform, you will play a pivotal role improving Axi’s data capabilities which deliver positive performance impacts on our global trading products. You will sit within our Product Data Team and proactively collaborate with broader business teams across Product, IT, Sales/Marketing and Finance. You will implement data initiatives which buildAxi’s utilisation of our Customer Data Platform to deliver growth strategies that increase the

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Databricks using PySpark or Scala to ingest, transform, and deliver data products at scale.
- Ingest data from SQL Server, Cosmos DB, event streams, APIs, and external sources into cloud data lakes and Databricks lakehouses.
- Design and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring to ensure reliability and early detection of anomalies.

Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala) for large-scale data processing.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization for both transactional and analytical workloads.
- Experience with SQL Server: data warehousing concepts, schema design, indexing, and optimization for analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure data services: Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, or Blob Storage.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling, dimensional modeling (fact/dimension tables), and slowly changing dimensions.
- Experience with batch and/or stream processing concepts; familiarity with event-driven architectures.

The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. - 6+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO business cases and prototyping of machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning that are used to build high-impact use cases like intelligent chatbots and automated text processors.
- Understanding of business processes across sectors (such as Supply Chain or Finance) with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases.
- Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) as well as data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including executives), whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Nice to have (big plus):
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering, while ensuring safety through rigorous evaluations and guardrails.
- Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages.
- Experience in deploying and monitoring models at scale across major cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex)
