We are seeking a technically strong Global Partner System Specialist to design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems and operational processes. This role sits within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team and operates at the intersection of business and technology, bringing deep expertise in PRM management and CRM architecture and development. The primary focus is on PRM platforms, Salesforce, system integrations (including learning management and badging platforms), and partner data architecture supporting the global partner ecosystem.

You will administer and maintain partner systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. This includes troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects, and helping to design and execute test plans (including taking the lead on regression testing) to validate enhancements. Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Design & Integration

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in systems-focused roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms, including learning management systems (Cornerstone & Skilljar)

As a Senior Software Engineer (GO) - DNS & Network Systems, you will own the architecture and delivery of Securly's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) resolver — a production-grade, identity-aware DNS service that enforces filtering policy at the browser and OS level for millions of students on managed Chromebooks.

This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of DNS, identity, and network security. You will design and build a high-performance DoH resolver in Go that extracts device and user identity from Chrome enterprise policy URL templates and integrates with Securly's DNS policy engine and Redis infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, TLS configuration, and production deployment on AWS.

This role is the technical foundation of a potential simplification of Securly's SmartPAC identity architecture. What You'll Do

Technical Execution

• Conduct sprint ceremonies and ensure proper grooming of all epics/stories

Qualifications

• Education: Computer Science or related degree, or a combination of education and related experience.
• Experience:
• 8+ years of prior software development experience with hands-on coding and management experience.
• Deep understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines, including tools like Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban) and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on quality assurance with proven expertise of delivering high-quality software.
• Applied knowledge of AI in day‑to‑day engineering and process automation.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with development languages such as Java, Springboot, Node.js
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks, including Angular (12+) and strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Proficiency with AWS cloud and cloud‑native services
• Practical experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or cloud‑native data stores.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bamboo).
• Knowledge of Testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman or similar
• Familiarity with AI‑powered engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to enhance development velocity and code reliability.

As a SysOps engineer within .Monks, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and ongoing operation of computer systems and cloud platforms. Working as part of the SysOps IT team, your observations and input will help drive the evolution of tech administration within our company as we look to establish stronger policies, more security, better organization, and enhanced efficiency. As the IT, and especially AI needs of the company continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and propose projects. Automating IT tasks will be a focus.

Responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring & Optimization: Use system-agnostic monitoring tools to monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent downtime.
• Automation: Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate operational tasks and deployment processes.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect data and systems, ensuring compliance with federal or industry standards.

• Cloud-Based Business Platforms: Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft365/Azure.
• OS: Windows server, Linux
• Networking Hardware: Fortinet, Ubiquiti
• Identity & Endpoint Management with OneLogin, Jamf, Intune, and A1.
