Clickstop is looking for top talent to join our inside sales team as an Inside Sales Representative! What does this mean?
- The way we do inside sales at Clickstop is different from what you may think about traditional inside sales. Make sure to ask us about it!
- You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs.
- Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified Inside Sales employees.
- Dedicating ~9 months to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Specialist is required before consideration of a change in role.
- Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource.
- Being highly aligned with Clickstop’s Core Values, mission, values, strategies and goals along the way, driving our culture and business forward.

- Own inbound customer interactions by handling calls directly or connecting customers with the right internal resource to ensure an exceptional experience
- Drive sales growth and profitability through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing awareness of Clickstop products and brands
- Apply product and application knowledge to effectively support daily customer needs and decision-making
- Take ownership of outcomes that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and overall business performance
- Identify and understand customer needs while clearly communicating information and ensuring strong follow-up with both internal teams and external customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand promise, What They Want, When They Need It
- Provide expert-level product knowledge and service that differentiates Clickstop in the market

This role is hybrid capable with several onsite requirements.
Note: For hybrid work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. In order to be considered for a hybrid/remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Florida.
