We are seeking multiple highly skilled Full-Stack members of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our CoreAI organization, driving end-to-end development of AI systems across Cloud, Edge Devices, Mission Critical and Robotics platforms.
This role goes beyond pure research. You will operate across the full stack, from data, models, and infrastructure to system integration and production deployment, to deliver scalable, real-world AI solutions. You will work on cutting-edge applications spanning computer vision, NLU, multimodal AI (MLLMs), and GenAI, enabling intelligent perception, reasoning, and action in mission-critical environments.
As a senior technical leader, you will partner closely with research scientists, machine learning engineers, hardware, firmware, and product teams to translate advanced algorithms into robust, production-ready systems that operate reliably at scale.
You will have the opportunity to own and shape end-to-end AI systems that operate in real-world environments, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and impactful production deployment. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive at the intersection of AI, systems, and product, and want to build scalable, high-impact solutions across cloud and edge.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. As the Engineering Manager for Mobile, you will lead and grow the team that designs the technology powering Axon Device Manager, Axon Device Checkout, and the Fleet 3 Dashboard—mobile IoT applications that connect Axon devices to officers in the field, promoting transparency and protecting truth worldwide. Looking ahead, this role is scoped for expansion: you will help define and staff the next wave of Axonʼs mobile offerings, consolidating experiences where it makes sense and scaling our platform to support additional applications and features still on the roadmap.
You'll collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, designers, and a Release Manager to turn bold product concepts into secure, reliable mobile and frontend experiences. Your deep expertise in Android, iOS, or modern frontend development (React, TypeScript), along with broad knowledge of modern application architecture, release practices, and observability, will enable you to set technical direction, unblock delivery, and raise the bar on code quality and system design. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you'll lead a team of engineers in Vietnam while partnering closely with peer engineering leaders and product teams in the U.S., fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning that accelerates feature velocity without compromising quality and stability.
Our mobile products are already trusted by major agencies across the globe. Under your leadership, enhanced mobile capabilities—real-time video streaming, AI-driven insights, and seamless device management—will unlock even more value for new and existing customers. The software you shepherd to market will empower officers to act faster, capture truth, and ultimately Protect Life.

Your Impact
We are seeking highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Scientists to join our AI team, focusing on AI applications (LLM and Computer Vision) in Cloud, Devices and Robotics. As a key member of our research and development efforts, you will play a crucial role in advancing the state-of-the-art in Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), Computer Vision and GenAI technologies for law enforcement and beyond.
