The Footwear Material Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring that sourcing strategies align with business needs for all material categories. Reporting to the Head of Footwear Material Sourcing based in HCMC, this role focuses on fostering strong supplier relationships, ensuring supplier performance, and upholding the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing. Your Mission:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of material sourcing specialists while nurturing people skills and cultivating a positive team environment

Your Mission

Long-range capacity planning

• Build a 3-5 years production capacity strategy for On, based on the long-range plan for T1 (product manufacturing) & T2 (material manufacturing) partners with inputs and alignment with  functional stakeholders like Product Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Sourcing team, including Head of Operations, Commercialization, Materials & Quality
• The strategy should ensure substantial capacity is planned in line with the brand's volume growth targets for key product categories by identifying the gaps and ensuring regional diversification to mitigate sourcing risks.

Sustainability & Compliance coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Sustainability, Legal, Finance, and Head of Sourcing Operations—for new supplier compliance audits and onboarding.
• Lead internal audits for sourcing and act as a go-to person for all matters related to supplier contracts and negotiations.

Seasonal allocation, On-time delivery coordination & communication

• Facilitate the seasonal allocation process between demand & Supply planning, Product Creation & internal Sourcing team and share final allocation with Suppliers post each calendar milestone.
• Mitigate seasonal capacity issues in alignment with Demand & Supply planning. Manage Buy readiness for purchase order placement prior to each order placement by Supply Planning
• Work on Material booking strategy with Supply planning & T2 to shorten Lead time & optimize forecasted material utilization.
• Establish & maintain good working relationships with all Manufacturing partners by regular factory visits & by taking timely decisions to make business with On efficient.
• Lead efficiency projects for Manufacturing like level loading, continuous production & optimal capacity utilization and coordinate with the Head of Operations for Implementation at supplier level
• Manage implementation of planning & warehousing SOP projects with suppliers- RFID, Direct shipments, Scan & Pack, etc.—across suppliers

• Accessories categories. Hands-on experience of 4-5 years in a manufacturing establishment will be a plus

Meet Your Team

Your team shall consist of direct reporting of Lead Capacity planning, Lead Material Planning, Operational Planners & Logistic Specialists with matrix reporting of Production planners in the different regions

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager Scale (CSMS) manages a portfolio of customer accounts and is responsible for driving customer value realisation, engagement, and retention across the RightShip product suite. 

The CSM, Scale will focus on the mid-market and long-tail segment of customers that are primed for nurturing and growth. The role ensures customers are successfully onboarded, supported and enabled to maximise the value of RightShip’s solutions throughout the lifecycle of their engagement. The CSM acts as a trusted partner to customers, working closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure strong implementation, adoption, proactive engagement, and timely contract renewals. 

The CSM plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying risks to retention, and supporting growth opportunities across the customer portfolio.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Onboarding and Implementation

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers during onboarding and implementation across the RightShip suite of products and services. 
• Coordinate onboarding activities including account enablement, configuration, training and early adoption support. 
• Guide customers through key product capabilities and ensure alignment between customer objectives and the value delivered by RightShip solutions. 
• Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success by supporting the handover of new accounts and confirming customer goals and success criteria.

• Support the delivery of service levels and response standards expected by customers. 

Commercial Collaboration

As a Software QA Engineer, whilst being technical and hands-on capable, you will oversee and input to all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices, developing new testing solutions and methods, and establishing metrics. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the department’s Product Managers, coordinating with QA and developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required.

The Data Governance Team is directly responsible for improving the data maturity of the organisation through the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality services at an enterprise level. The value that data can create for RightShip and our customers can only be achieved through a strong data foundation and mature organisational capabilities in managing, processing and utilising this data.   

Reporting to the Data Governance Lead, the Data Governance Advisor will play a significant role in supporting RightShip in leveraging data as an asset to ensure data can be used to inform key decisions and deliver valuable outcomes to customers and the wider ecosystem in general. 

You will drive the adoption and success of data governance across the organization by advocating for its importance, implementing frameworks, policies, and procedures, and engaging with stakeholders to monitor and track key governance KPIs.
