The Role

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies and communication plans across multiple channels, with a strong focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

You will play a key role in refining our multi-channel communication approach, optimizing customer journeys, and improving retention strategies. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app)
• Support the definition of the customer lifecycle and contact strategy across all touchpoints
• Segment audiences and leverage customer data to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring all activities are measurable and insight-driven
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, as well as ad hoc performance deep dives
• Continuously optimize CRM flows and journeys to improve engagement and drive revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
• Stay up to date with CRM best practices, tools, and industry trends

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, across mobile and web environments
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with ESPs such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, or similar tools
• Proficiency in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic content
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and personalization strategies

Werde Teil eines neugierigen, ambitionierten und interdisziplinären Teams, das SEO nicht nur umsetzt, sondern weiterdenkt. Bei uns übernimmst du von Beginn an echte Verantwortung und gestaltest aktiv die Performance namhafter nationaler und internationaler Kund:innen.

• Du betreust eigenständig spannende B2B- und B2C-Kund:innen und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson rund um SEO & GEO
• Du managest SEO- und GEO-Projekte ganzheitlich – von der Analyse über Strategie, Planung und Umsetzung bis zum Reporting
• Ob technische und inhaltliche Audits, Keyword-Recherchen, Content- & Offsite-Strategien: Du bist entlang der gesamten SEO-Wertschöpfung involviert
• Neben klassischer SEO-Aufgaben arbeitest du an GEO-Themen (AI & Search) sowie im Vertical-SEO (z. B. Amazon, E‑Retail, YouTube)
• Unsere proprietären Tools, Technologien und Audit-Verfahren unterstützen deine Arbeit – und du bringst dich aktiv in deren Weiterentwicklung ein
• Deine Ergebnisse präsentierst du souverän und überzeugend bei Kund:innen
• Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Content, Tech & Media zusammen – national und international
• Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit, entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter und teilst dein Wissen im Team

Das bringst du mit

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschafts‑ oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische SEO-Erfahrung (Agentur oder Inhouse) und fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Tools wie SISTRIX, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC
• Grundverständnis von GEO / AI‑Search-Einflüssen und Lust, dieses Feld aktiv mitzugestalten
• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Betreuung von Kund:innen sowie in Performance-Analyse & Reporting
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Web Analytics (Google / Adobe Analytics) sowie Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS und JavaScript
• Ein gutes Gespür für qualitativ hochwertigen Content – für Suchmaschinen und Menschen
• Du denkst strategisch und kreativ, argumentierst datenbasiert und überzeugst auf Augenhöhe
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
