The RegTech Engineering team sits at the intersection of security, innovation, and regulatory excellence. We build automated infrastructure that powers Identity and Access Management and ensures resilience against evolving global regulations.

Team
Process Knowledge Management (PKM) at Raisin owns all operational knowledge and documentation, as well as maintains and continuously improves existing processes, supporting scalable operations by integrating insights from other CS teams. Working closely with Process Design & Innovation, PKM provides deep area expertise during the design and rollout of new processes and takes ownership once they move into long-term use.
The team combines domain knowledge, structured process thinking and AI-supported content creation to ensure that CS at Raisin operates with clear, simple and reliable processes .
Your Responsibilities
This role sits in a growing and evolving area of the business. As the Subject Matter Expert for Investment & Pension Products (IPP) within CS. You will be expected to understand customer and agent journeys, identifying friction points, and translating complex investment and pension topics into clear, usable, and compliant processes and communication. We’re looking for someone with a background in customer experience within investment and pension products, who is a self-starter who enjoys learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.

At MOIA, we build technology that enables cities and mobility operators to run mobility services safely, efficiently, and at scale. As a (Senior) Product Manager, you’ll be part of the Payment team, responsible for shaping how money flows through MOIA’s mobility ecosystem - evolving from a pure ridepooling operator to a technology and Autonomous Mobility (AD) focused Mobility-as-a-Service software provider.

Having successfully delivered and operated payment solutions for millions of rides for our Hamburg services, we are now entering the next phase: Expanding our platform to support MOIA’s MaaS offering and Autonomous Driving services across multiple international markets and across different B2B/B2G partners. This includes addressing new challenges such as multi-tenant payment architectures, partner integrations, regulatory complexity, and new monetization models.

Are you a visionary Paid Search leader with a proven track record of driving tangible revenue and market share growth? We're seeking a dynamic Paid Search leader to ignite our presence in EMEA, transforming our Paid Search discipline into a powerhouse of growth, innovation, people happiness, and client success.

You will lead the charge in evolving our Search discipline in a rapidly evolving and disrupting ecosystem. AD Strategy defines the target picture and roadmap for our self‑driving system powering mobility‑as‑a‑service. We connect deep tech with business outcomes—aligning sensors, compute, AI, safety, and partners—so we can scale safe, reliable, and cost‑effective autonomous operations.
