We are looking for an experienced Global Procurement Manager – Employee Benefits to lead the setup and implementation of employee benefits across the globe. This role will focus on enabling new benefits, ensuring compliance, managing governance frameworks, and acting as an escalation point for complex benefits matters.

Key benefit areas include insurance, company-issued devices, co-working spaces, meal and other vouchers, car lease, background verification, and medical checks/health & safety programs.

This position will play a critical role in building scalable frameworks for global benefits delivery, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across countries

What you’ll do:

Global Benefits Enablement & Governance-

• Lead the implementation and setup of new benefits programs across multiple countries, covering health and life insurance, devices, co-working spaces, vouchers, and related offerings.
• Research and benchmark local market practices to design compliant, competitive, and cost-efficient benefits packages.
• Partner with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to operationalise benefits programs and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Develop and maintain standardised processes, documentation, and governance frameworks to support scalable and efficient global benefits management.
• Be responsible for end-to-end vendor/partner management, including onboarding, negotiation, contracting, invoicing, payments, and vendor reviews.

Escalation Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration-

• Act as the escalation point for complex or critical benefits-related queries, exceptions, or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with HR Operations on enrolment, de-enrolment, and vendor coordination, providing subject-matter expertise and guidance.
• Oversee vendor performance, vendor contracts, renewals, and benefit structures to maintain policy consistency and legal compliance.
• Provide structured recommendations and insights to leadership on program design, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.

Reporting & Insights- 

• Monitor benefit utilisation, spend trends, and vendor performance to identify risks or optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership on country-wise benefits of performance, compliance status, and upcoming renewals.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, partnerships, global benefits, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of international benefits, insurance programs, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. (good to have)
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose

The People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence Lead plays a critical role in building an integrated, insight‑driven workforce analytics capability that enables effective execution of People and Workforce Strategy.

This role shifts the organisation from fragmented, activity‑based reporting to coherent, decision‑relevant workforce intelligence, leveraging Oracle HCM data, dashboards, and AI‑enabled techniques. It ensures high‑quality, evidence‑based insights that support senior leaders in making informed decisions on workforce structure, capability, and cost.

By partnering with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams, the role drives standardisation, improves data confidence, and delivers forward‑looking workforce intelligence aligned to business priorities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Workforce Analytics & Insight

• Deliver integrated workforce and people analytics that enable evidence‑based decision‑making aligned to People and Workforce Strategy.
• Generate actionable insights across workforce structure, roles, capacity, productivity, skills, and costs, moving beyond descriptive reporting.
• Translate complex, multi‑source datasets into clear, executive‑ready narratives and recommendations.

2. Workforce Data Integration & Intelligence

• Integrate workforce data across HR systems, Finance, and other people data sources to create a single, aligned view of workforce intelligence.
• Align metrics, assumptions, and reporting standards across HR, Finance, and Strategy to drive shared understanding.
• Partner closely with Finance to connect workforce and cost analytics with financial planning and performance management.

3. Dashboarding & Reporting Transformation

• Design, build, and maintain integrated workforce analytics dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Drive the shift toward dashboard‑led analytics, reducing fragmented, manual reporting.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, standardised, and tailored for senior leadership decision‑making with clear data definitions.
• Continuously measure and improve dashboard adoption, usability, and business impact.

4. Reporting Simplification & Optimisation

• Lead the rationalisation and simplification of workforce reporting, eliminating duplication and low‑value outputs.
• Replace activity‑based reporting with insight‑driven, decision‑focused analytics.
• Establish a scalable and efficient analytics framework across the People function.

5. Advanced Analytics, Automation & AI Enablement

• Apply AI‑enabled techniques and automation to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of insight generation.
• Use advanced analytics to surface trends, patterns, and forward‑looking workforce intelligence, while ensuring practical and business‑aligned application.
• Support workforce initiatives and strategic programmes through structured, predictive insights.

6. Data Governance & Quality Stewardship

• Establish and maintain clear definitions, standards, and governance for workforce analytics (especially within Oracle HCM environments).
• Improve confidence in workforce data through transparency of methodologies, assumptions, and calculations.
• Act as a steward of high‑quality, decision‑ready workforce insight across the organisation.

7. Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with senior HR leaders, Finance, and Strategy teams to support workforce strategy execution.
• Enable self‑service insights where appropriate while guiding stakeholders on data interpretation.
• Support key workforce planning and organisational initiatives through insight‑led collaboration.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability in data storytelling—translating complex datasets into clear, actionable, leadership‑ready insights.
• 7–10 years experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles, preferably in complex or matrixed environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM data modules including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering dashboard‑led workforce analytics solutions (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
• Advanced analytical capability using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability in data storytelling—translating complex datasets into clear, actionable, leadership‑ready insights.
• Experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled analytics techniques to enhance reporting and insight generation.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders across India, providing strategic guidance on organization design, workforce planning, talent development, and change leadership.

• Provide senior local HR touchpoint for local members of HR centers of excellence (CoEs) in India, bringing the broader team together as appropriate.
• Foster a shared team identity and ways of working that reflect our company values and regional needs. 

Organizational Effectiveness 

• Drive local execution of organizational design, transformation, and change efforts in partnership with global HR colleagues.

Operational Excellence 

• Ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of core people processes such as performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement action plans. 
• Oversee the employee relations work delivered by the People Partner team—ensuring cases are handled with fairness, consistency, and compliance with India’s regulatory environment. 
• Drive continuous improvement in how we support managers—enabling the People Partner team to provide practical, timely, and aligned support on everyday people matters. 
• Partner with global CoEs to adapt and embed people tools and frameworks that are locally relevant and effective. 
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations, compliance, or people‑risk issues in India, partnering closely with Legal, Risk, and global HR leadership as required.

Collaboration & Influence 

• Serve as the key connector between India-based business leaders and global HR programs—ensuring regional insights are shared and local adoption is thoughtful. 
• Represent the India region in global HR planning, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy and operations.  

What You’ll Bring:

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership roles and oversight of HRBP and/or People Partner teams. 
• Deep knowledge of India labor law and HR compliance, with strong business acumen and experience in multinational or matrixed organizations.
