- Participate in Theoria’s Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Physicians (MD/DO) must hold an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing are encouraged to apply. Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.

Your Qualifications
Physicians (MD/DO) must hold an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty. Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Atlanta, Georgia area on a full time basis. What You'll Do:
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Atlanta County, GA. (Atlanta counties)

Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the McDonough area of Georgia area on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician, and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around McDonough, GA. (Griffin County)
- Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
- Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
- Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
- Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
What You'll Need:
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Georgia
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Job Summary
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Travel Attending Physician to provide high-quality, on-site medical care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a physician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling to support clinical operations where coverage is needed.
As a Travel Attending Physician, you will serve as the primary medical provider for residents, ensuring continuity and excellence in care across various locations. You will work closely with dedicated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), as well as interdisciplinary care teams, to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) within the assigned region to provide physician coverage and support
- Act as the primary care provider for residents, overseeing medical management and treatment plans
- Conduct routine and acute patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses while managing chronic conditions
- Ensure continuity of care during provider transitions or coverage gaps
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff regarding care plans and prognosis
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide holistic care
- Support and mentor advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality care
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related primary care specialty
- Active and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states, if applicable)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and teams
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day

How This Role Makes a Difference
The Sub-Investigator will be responsible for regional travel mixed with remote tele-medicine work to support our clinical research studies. Additionally, our Sub-Investigator will be skilled in administering investigational products (IV, SC, TD, IM, PO administration), performing physical examinations, monitoring for investigational product related reactions, among other duties beyond the standard clinical research Sub-Investigator role. Care Access is looking for highly motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician’s Assistants to support clinical trial related activities in states throughout the USA.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Work closely with the Principal Investigator to oversee the execution of study protocols, delegating study related duties to site staff, as appropriate, and ensuring site compliance with study protocols, study-specific laboratory procedures, standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality (QA/QC) procedures, OSHA guidelines, and other state and local regulations as applicable.
- Attends and participates in meetings with the director, other managers, and staff as necessary.
- Complies with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Read and understand the informed consent form, protocol, and investigator's brochure.
- Be available to see subjects virtually or in-person as dictated by project design, answer their questions, and resolve medical issues during the study visit.
- Sign and ensure that the study documentation for each study visit is completed.
- Perform all study responsibilities in compliance with the IRB approved protocol.
- Administration of Investigational Products (via subcutaneous, transdermal, intramuscular, intravenous, or oral routes).
- Proficiency in starting, monitoring, and maintaining intravenous lines.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy, proper blood collection practices, and laboratory processing practices (can be learned)
- Contribute as an active member of clinicians involved in the management of infusion or other investigational product related reactions.
- Maintain a clean, efficient clinical area to assure the highest standards of patient care.
- Follow safety and PPE procedures as well as maintain proper documentation of infusion procedures.
- Timely communications with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects
- Perform trial procedures as per delegation which can include the following but not limited to:
- Prescreen study candidates by telephone and review exclusionary conditions or medications prior to scheduling screening appointment.
- Obtain informed consent per SOP.
- Administer delegated study questionnaires, as appropriate.
- Collect and evaluate medical records.
- Complete visit procedures and ensure proper specimen collection, processing, and shipment in accordance with protocol.
- Train others and complete basic clinical procedures, such as blood draws, vital signs, ECGs, etc.
- Review screening documentation and approves subjects for admission to study.
- Review admission documentation and approves subject for randomization.
- Provide ongoing assessment of the study subject/patient to identify Adverse Events.
- Ensure that serious and unexpected adverse events are reported promptly to the Pl.
- Review and evaluates all study data and comments to the clinical significance of any out-of-range results.
- Perform physical examinations as part of screening evaluation and active study conduct.
- Provide medical management of adverse events as appropriate.
- Dispense study medication per protocol and/or IVRS systems. Educate patient on proper administration and importance of compliance.
- Monitor patient progress on study medication.

How This Role Makes a Difference
The Sub-Investigator will be responsible for regional travel mixed with remote tele-medicine work to support our clinical research studies. Additionally, our Sub-Investigator will be skilled in administering investigational products (IV, SC, TD, IM, PO administration), performing physical examinations, monitoring for investigational product related reactions, among other duties beyond the standard clinical research Sub-Investigator role. Care Access is looking for highly motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician’s Assistants to support clinical trial related activities in states throughout the USA.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Work closely with the Principal Investigator to oversee the execution of study protocols, delegating study related duties to site staff, as appropriate, and ensuring site compliance with study protocols, study-specific laboratory procedures, standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality (QA/QC) procedures, OSHA guidelines, and other state and local regulations as applicable.
- Attends and participates in meetings with the director, other managers, and staff as necessary.
- Complies with regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Read and understand the informed consent form, protocol, and investigator's brochure.
- Be available to see subjects virtually or in-person as dictated by project design, answer their questions, and resolve medical issues during the study visit.
- Sign and ensure that the study documentation for each study visit is completed.
- Perform all study responsibilities in compliance with the IRB approved protocol.
- Administration of Investigational Products (via subcutaneous, transdermal, intramuscular, intravenous, or oral routes).
- Proficiency in starting, monitoring, and maintaining intravenous lines.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy, proper blood collection practices, and laboratory processing practices (can be learned)
- Contribute as an active member of clinicians involved in the management of infusion or other investigational product related reactions.
- Maintain a clean, efficient clinical area to assure the highest standards of patient care.
- Follow safety and PPE procedures as well as maintain proper documentation of infusion procedures.
- Timely communications with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects
- Perform trial procedures as per delegation which can include the following but not limited to:
- Prescreen study candidates by telephone and review exclusionary conditions or medications prior to scheduling screening appointment.
- Obtain informed consent per SOP.
- Administer delegated study questionnaires, as appropriate.
- Collect and evaluate medical records.
- Complete visit procedures and ensure proper specimen collection, processing, and shipment in accordance with protocol.
- Train others and complete basic clinical procedures, such as blood draws, vital signs, ECGs, etc.
- Review screening documentation and approves subjects for admission to study.
- Review admission documentation and approves subject for randomization.
- Provide ongoing assessment of the study subject/patient to identify Adverse Events.
- Ensure that serious and unexpected adverse events are reported promptly to the Pl.
- Review and evaluates all study data and comments to the clinical significance of any out-of-range results.
- Perform physical examinations as part of screening evaluation and active study conduct.
- Provide medical management of adverse events as appropriate.
- Dispense study medication per protocol and/or IVRS systems. Educate patient on proper administration and importance of compliance.
- Monitor patient progress on study medication.
- Other duties as assigned.

Contracts Counsel - Hospitals/Healthcare Providers

We are seeking experienced Contract Negotiation attorneys specializing in the healthcare industry and with experience advising hospitals, large healthcare systems or large physician groups. This role involves overseeing complex contracting processes with a focus on vendor and payer-side agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the negotiation and execution of external client contracts, particularly with healthcare vendors, focusing on Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Provide strategic compliance advice to commercial operations and relevant functional areas, emphasizing market access and pricing issues related to Medicaid and Medicare.
- Review, draft, and consult on a variety of agreements, including consulting agreements, supply and distribution agreements, advisory, market access-related contracts (PBM, Payer, and GPO agreements), wholesaler contracts, and discount and rebate agreements.
- Act as a legal advisor to marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure advertising and promotional content complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, offering practical solutions.
- Utilize expertise in managed care to influence supply chain management, specialty pharma contracting, and federal/state pricing strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in navigating payer contracting or provider-side environments with payer-facing activities.
- Work collaboratively to negotiate agreements with wholesalers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in healthcare contracting and vendor management, with a strong emphasis on payer-side contract negotiation and management.
- Proven background in managed care, encompassing external client contract management, supply chain distribution, specialty pharma contracting, and federal/state pricing mechanisms.
- Firm knowledge of privacy regulations, including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with at least 5 - 8 years of legal practice experience.
- Background in overseeing and advising on legal issues pertaining to advertising, promotion, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs. Summary: The contribution of a Scribe-X medical scribe is crucial in the patient care team. They work hand-in-hand with healthcare providers across several specialties to document patient encounters in real-time, catering to patients from varying socio-economic backgrounds to improve access to care for those who need it most. All scribes undergo a rigorous medical scribe training to ensure they are fully prepared to support their designated provider(s). Essential Duties:

Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol

Accompany the provider in all scheduled patient visits

Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider

Remind provider of relevant quality metrics when appropriate, documenting to support quality metrics

Enter laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider

Enter medication orders, as dictated by the provider

Document and print instructions for the patient

Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of the shift

Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary
Requirements:

Typing speed of at least 60+ WPM

Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm PST)

Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace to maintain the privacy of sensitive patient information

Fluent in the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills
Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a related field required
