We’re hiring a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in Geneva, NY, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $19.50/hr-$30.00/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.
Primary Responsibilities
At EquipmentShare, we’re not just renting equipment - we’re transforming the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our tech platform empowers rental coordinators to work smarter by keeping up-to-date information on every machine and ensuring each customer gets the right equipment at the right time.
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate our customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience

We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Geneva, NY to help us grow in Syracuse, NY and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($30,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at our rental facility in Geneva, NY, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts and help us build the future of construction. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Salary range: $17.00/hr - $38.00/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
As a Shop Technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. With real-time information at your fingertips, you can determine the root cause and corrective action for each issue quickly, enabling you to work smarter, not harder.
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Year-round company provided OEM training

Operates vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations
Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals
Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area
Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete
Facilitates routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; reports maintenance malfunctions to Shipping Supervisor
Arranges trailers in shipping yards for optimum loading patterns

The role:
You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and evolving Proton applications on Windows. This includes not only building the application internals (managing and syncing local and remote state, performing cryptographic operations, etc) but also helping us to build a resilient, scalable application (graceful degradation; log and metrics streams free of personally identifiable information). You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, including Gitlab configuration, deployments, monitoring and alerting, and operational incident response. While this position is not a "full-stack" position, you will be expected to collaborate with backend engineers to drive any necessary changes and/or new features needed for the Windows experience.

The team:
Inbox is the organisation that looks after Proton's Mail and Calendar products for iOS, Web and Desktop (including our B2B focused Bridge application). As a QA Automation Engineer on the Inbox team, you will play a crucial role in testing Proton's most vital services, including Mail and Calendar. The MSA team (Mail Delivery, Spam, and Anti-Abuse) is a multidisciplinary group founded in 2019 to solve complex security challenges across the Proton ecosystem. We build sophisticated systems from scratch that combine human intelligence and machine learning to make tens of millions of real-time or asynchronous decisions daily. Our focus areas include:

Design and deploy scalable ML systems using modern MLOps practices, including real-time inference, model monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.

The team:
Our business unit, Inbox, is a cross-functional team of about 60 engineers, product managers, designers and data analysts driving the development of Proton Mail, the company’s flagship product, and Proton Calendar. Our mission is to create an end-to-end encrypted solution with a better user experience than any other productivity products on the market. While that is not an easy journey, it is one that offers the chance to create meaningful impact and drive lasting change that we are fully committed to.
The Inbox Desktop team is responsible for developing desktop clients of Inbox, specifically the Proton Mail Desktop App, Proton Mail Bridge, and the Export tool. The Team
Our business unit, Inbox, is a cross-functional team of about 60 engineers, product managers, designers and data analysts driving the development of Proton Mail, the company’s flagship product, and Proton Calendar. Our mission is to create an end-to-end encrypted solution with a better user experience than any other productivity products on the market. While it is not always an easy journey, it is one that offers the chance to create meaningful impact and drive lasting change that we are fully committed to.
The Inbox Desktop team is responsible for developing desktop clients of Inbox, specifically the Proton Mail Desktop App, Proton Mail Bridge, and the Export tool. We are in the process of rebuilding our client applications on a new, innovative technology stack centred around cross-platform Rust code. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take the technical ownership of the Proton Mail Desktop App on Windows and Linux platforms.
Currently, we use many languages and frameworks in the team like Golang, C++, Qt, JS, TypeScript, React, or Electron. We use standard tools for communication and work organization (Git, GitLab, GitHub, GitLab CI, Jira, Confluence). Our backend runs on premise in Proton’s data centers, and all our client-code is open source and GPL3.
Purpose of the role
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Inbox Desktop team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of one of Proton's most vital desktop offerings, the Proton Mail Desktop App. We expect you to be customer-centric, continuous learner, passionate about technology and usability. You are adept at turning technical complexities into seamless user experiences. The Proton Drive Desktop Team
Proton Drive is our secure, private cloud storage and collaborative editing suite, with clients on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Web. One platform is missing: Linux. You will build it from scratch. This is a greenfield project with high visibility inside Proton and across the open-source community — our entire client codebase is published under an open-source license, and this will be the first public example of how to build a native application on top of the Proton Drive SDK. You will work closely with our Windows and Mac engineers to ensure feature parity, and you will contribute to our platform-agnostic SDK and CLI tooling as the Linux surface area demands it. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within a named portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts aligned to one of Behavox’s core verticals: Banking and Capital Markets, Asset and Wealth Management, Private Equity, or Commodities. The role focuses on new business acquisition and expansion within highly complex customer environments, managing larger deal sizes involving broader buying groups, multiple business units, and higher organizational complexity than BCL3 roles, while maintaining ownership of selective renewals within their account set.
This role owns the full commercial sales lifecycle for strategic accounts, including AE-led outbound prospecting, opportunity shaping, value articulation to both above-the-line business stakeholders and below-the-line functional buyers, commercial negotiation, and contract execution for the Behavox Controls Platform. The Senior Account Executive is accountable for shaping and advancing the commercial value case by aligning customer strategic objectives, economic outcomes, and executive priorities to the buying decision, and for maintaining durable executive relationships across complex stakeholder environments. The role operates with greater autonomy over deal strategy, stakeholder navigation, and commercial sequencing while executing within established go-to-market strategy and commercial frameworks. Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales hygiene in HubSpot are required to support predictability across a strategic book of business. Following initial contract signature, the role retains commercial ownership of the account and partners with Customer Success to drive value-led expansion and renewals.

Picarro is looking for a customer-facing Field Application (FAE)/Technical support Engineer (TSE) to become a key member of our Energy Team and contribute to the development in Europe, especially Italy.

This person will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, reparation, and maintenance on equipment, answering customers’ requirements and issues, and supporting post sales activity within major utility companies. The Picarro FAE team services our natural gas utility customers providing high quality customer support both on-site and remotely. The FAE will be the primary technical support champion for the customers.
The primary responsibilities of the FAE are to provide technical support and support Picarro customers with their field organization. The FAE supports customer’s install base and develops a broad understanding of customer requirements and concerns, positions and adapts the capabilities of Picarro’s Natural Gas Asset Management solutions.
