Role Overview  

What You Will Do 

• Build and manage relationships with merchants to drive business growth
• Analyze merchant performance data and develop tailored growth strategies
• Identify and resolve merchants' pain points through high-impact projects
• Build long-term relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of merchants satisfaction
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals  

Basic Qualifications 

• 7+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or growth targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications 

• Fluent level English
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or other BI/CRM tool

• 与信ロジックやスコアリングモデルの策定に関する実務経験
• データ分析の実務経験（SQL、Tableau、各種BIツール等）
• データ分析に基づく企画立案および実行の経験

• 経営層や関係者に対し、分かりやすく説得力のある資料作成および説明ができる方

• Hybrid Workstyle（オフィス＜東京・福岡いずれか＞、自宅にてリモートワーク）

リモートとオフィスでのハイブリットな形での勤務形態です。業務上セキュア環境下での作業が必要な場面など出社要請があった際にはご出社頂く必要があります（福岡オフィスまたは東京オフィスへ出社頂けることが必須条件となります）

勤務時間

• フルフレックス制（コアタイム無し）
• 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）
