The role
We give you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in data operations, cloud computing and infrastructure management. As a Field Delivery Engineer, you will be leading the on-site delivery and deployment of hardware in new locations.You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities from rack acceptance tests through full operational readiness, ensuring that servers, storage, networking, and supporting systems are installed and functioning according to specifications.
You’re welcome to work in our data center in Paris or Béthune.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning & Coordination

Own the hardware deployment plan for new sites, aligning timelines, scope, and resources with project stakeholders.

Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, data center construction, and network teams to prepare GPU servers for delivery to customers.

Verify all pre-deployment requirements (racks, power, cooling, connectivity) are met.
On-Site Delivery & Installation
- Supervise racking, cabling, and powering of hardware equipment.
- Ensure configuration, firmware upgrades, and integration with management systems follow standards.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and local staff during the installation phase.
Quality & Readiness
- Conduct functional checks, acceptance tests, and troubleshooting to confirm all systems operate correctly.
- Document installation steps, asset data, and lessons learned for future rollouts.
- Establish and maintain best practices for safe, efficient hardware deployment.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Act as the single point of contact on site for deployment activities, providing clear updates to project managers and leadership.
- Support transition of deployed hardware to operations teams for steady-state management.
- Contribute feedback to improve hardware design and deployment playbooks.
We expect you to have:

3+ years' experience in data center, hardware, or IT field delivery roles.

Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network installation practices (racking, cabling, power, cooling).

Strong hands-on experience working on datacenter floors with server hardware and Linux troubleshooting.

Proven track record coordinating deployments across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
-
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, layouts, and wiring diagrams.

Ability to perform deep diagnostics across hardware, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and Linux (logs, drivers, storage stack basics, performance triage).

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently (sometimes at short notice).
It will be an added bonus if you have:

Strong familiarity with GPU server platforms and tooling (for example: nvidia-smi, dcgmi, GPU and system logs correlation).

Experience with Redfish and BMC tooling (ipmitool/Redfish), firmware lifecycle, and staged rollouts.

Scripting skills (bash and basic Python) for log collection, triage automation, and simple reliability analysis.

Exposure to OCP-based platforms and ODM manufacturing ecosystems.

Familiarity with change management, asset tracking, and quality-assurance processes.

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in datacenter or industrial settings.

Role & Team
As a Senior Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the development of core geospatial products and internal data-processing and annotation tools at Overstory.
Your breadth of skills will allow you to set a technical vision for the development of the web applications, ETL pipelines, and backend services owned by these teams.
You’ll partner with product managers, external resources, and your team members to execute this vision.
Time zone requirement: Europe (GMT/WET, CET, EET) and North America (NST, AST, EST, CST, MST, PST)
What You’ll Do
- Explore best practices to combine coding agents with software craftsmanship and teach other engineers these practices
- Optimize the orchestration of several object detection and image alignment models
- Design and maintain robust data and feature pipelines for millions of geospatial entities
- Contribute to the technical vision for the development of our internal annotation and QA web applications
- Work closely with your Product Manager to discover and propose new products to solve use cases such as anticipating the impact of an outage at a particular locatio
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a senior software engineer
- Skilled in designing ETL pipelines with near-real-time orchestration, in Python.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable web-applications with React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL
- Experience with XP practices such as TDD or trunk based development. The team would be new to these practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audience
Nice To Have
- Experience with the Geospatial ecosystem such as PostGIS, Geopandas or Deck.GL
- Experience with Dagster, Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks
- Experience with building web-applications tailored for repeatable human or agentic workflows
- Experience working in B2B, in particular with electrical utilities

- Update & maintain at the proper quality level the SharePoint webpages with all new & revised documents for each manual as well as other related items
- Maintenance of Quality Manuals/Policies and procedures
Quality Assessment Duties:
- Perform regularly quality assessments
- Maintain e-folders of all quality assessment reports conducted in the agency
- Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures
Education:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after the secondary school
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant
Additional needed qualification, knowledge and skills:
- Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, … etc. as needed
- Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism

As Regional Ocean Manager you will be co-responsible for Flexport Ocean FCL P&L in France, Spain and Italy with the local General Managers. You will have the chance to be part of Flexport launch in France, and to support our growth in our young Italian and Spanish markets too. You are the commercial arm of our ocean organisation, and collaborate with our procurement and allocation teams. You sit also closely with our sales organisation: we start from our clients, build solutions that embrace their supply chain and procurement needs while taking into account the market dynamics at play. We are our clients ocean freight consultants.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Help manage the Ocean P&L for your region through scaling volume and increasing yield;
- Be the market expert and support the commercial organization with market-specific intelligence, trade idiosyncrasies, and directly interfacing with customer;
- Help design Ocean FCL products and generate customized go-to-market strategies for customers;
- Analyze the P&L and create reports for your regions;
- Help with tenders and RFQs for your district to secure regional and global customers;
- Interface with procurement and pricing teams to drive profitable business, identify growth opportunities, and capture market-specific knowledge;
- Identify and drive improvement in go-to-market, operational, and financial processes;
- Drive volume forecasting and allocation strategies for your region;
- Participate in P&L reviews and book of business growth rhythms;
- Partner with commercial teams to understand and translate customers’ growth potential and levers;
- Drive financial health levers for your district including quoting, invoicing, and dispute escalation;
- Build and maintain local relationships with our core ocean carriers;
Prerequisites:
- 5+ years of prior Ocean Freight experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier or 5+ years of supply chain experience and a BA/BS Degree;
- Mandatory experience in logistics pricing and procurement role;
- Proficient English, French + Spanish or Italian mandatory;
- Ability to dig out and interpret data;
- Past P&L management experience preferred;
- We need someone handy and willing to get things done by themselves, the job requires both strategic vision and ground floor execution;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;

Vous allez :
- Être en « première ligne » pour garantir le plus haut niveau de qualité Flexport : les expéditions se déplacent à temps et les exceptions sont traitées de manière appropriée.
- De plus, soutenir votre équipe dans les demandes d’escalades de moyenne à haute importance, les mouvements de haute complexité, la communication délicate et d’autres points de contact tactiques.
- Vous aiderez également le responsable dans la supervision de l'équipe afin d’améliorer et de fournir d'excellentes performances, notamment en termes de qualité des données et la ponctualité des jalons d'expédition ; tout en veillant au respect des KPI et SLA internes.

General Purpose
The Senior Director, Head Pharmacist/Responsible Pharmacist guarantees the pharmaceutical responsibility of the laboratory as “exploitant” (see definition of the “exploitant”, Article R.5124-2, 3 ° of the French Public Health Code) and assumes the role of "Responsible Pharmacist" as described in Article R.5124-36 of the Public Health Code. The Senior Director, Head Pharmacist/Responsible Pharmacist, France takes part in the deliberations of the management, administrative, executive or supervisory bodies, or those of any other body with an executive function, of the company or organization, when these deliberations concern or may affect the performance of the tasks falling under his/her responsibility as described above.
The RP is responsible for ensuring compliance with professional ethics and all regulations issued in the interests of public health. He/she must also ensure that the responsibilities of pharmacists and staff under his/her authority are clearly defined.
In accordance with articles L. 5121-14-3, R. 5121-152 and L. 5121-164 of the French Public Health Code, the RP ensures that pharmacovigilance cases are reviewed and processed within the appropriate timeframes.
In accordance with article L5121-9-2 of the French Public Health Code, the RP immediately informs the French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products of any prohibition or restriction imposed by the competent authority of any country in which the medicinal product for human use is marketed, and of any other new information likely to influence the evaluation of the benefits and risks of the medicinal product for human use or the product concerned.

As a QARA Program Manager at Doctolib, you will play a critical role in establishing and continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with medical device regulations. Quality and Regulatory Compliance
- Support gap and impact analyses between ISO 13485 and MDR 2017/745 requirements.
- Implement and maintain Doctolib's Quality Management System, including procedures, work instructions, templates, and regulatory documentation
- Configure and maintain our electronic Quality Management System (e-QMS), ensuring efficient document control, version management, and traceability
- Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits (certification bodies, notified bodies).
- Drive QMS adoption across cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, IT, HR, Procurement) through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the constitution of regulatory technical documentation to support CE marking and regulatory submissions.
Process & Risk Management
- Define and maintain comprehensive process maps, process descriptions, and associated risk analyses.

Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver Quality and Regulatory training programs tailored to different functions and roles.

Votre rôle ?
Au sein d’une équipe Scrum de 6 à 9 personnes, vous participerez aux étapes de développement de nos solutions (de la spécification jusqu’à l’intégration) :

Our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team is recruiting an experienced and highly driven FSQA Manager, based in France (FR), to support our growing local ingredient sourcing strategy while contributing to our international FSQA agenda.
This role has a clear FR focus, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to supporting the FR local ingredient sourcing team. In this capacity, you will act as the FSQA business partner for FR-sourced ingredients. The remaining 50% of the role will focus on driving food safety and quality compliance across our international Grocery and Convenience supplier base.
You will work closely with the FR sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and distribution centre teams, while also collaborating with FSQA colleagues and stakeholders across Europe. The role combines hands-on supplier engagement with strategic FSQA projects, ensuring robust food safety standards and consistent product quality for our customers.
What you’ll do
FR local ingredient sourcing (≈50%)
- Act as the FSQA partner embedded within the FR local ingredient sourcing team, providing hands-on food safety and quality input to sourcing and commercial decisions
- Lead supplier approval, audits, onboarding, and ongoing performance management for FR-based and locally sourced suppliers
- Drive risk assessments, specifications, and shelf-life validations for locally sourced ingredients
- Identify and mitigate food safety and quality risks in close collaboration with sourcing, suppliers, and operational teams
- Provide pragmatic FSQA guidance that enables speed to market without compromising food safety or quality
International FSQA scope (≈50%)
- Deliver the same FSQA activities across international suppliers, including audits, approvals, onboarding, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and complaint reduction across the supply base
- Establish and embed standardised FSQA ways of working across markets
- Investigate and manage quality incidents through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Own and track key FSQA performance indicators related to compliance and quality
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in a quality and/or food safety management role within the food industry, ideally with strong exposure to the FR supply base
- Proven experience auditing food manufacturers, supported by relevant food safety and quality qualifications (e.g. HACCP, internal auditor certification)
- Solid understanding of EU food safety legislation, supplier approval processes, and risk-based food safety management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sourcing and commercial teams
- Confident and pragmatic decision-maker who remains calm under pressure
- High energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Willingness to travel within France and internationally, spending approximately 50% of time at suppliers, distribution centres, and the home office

THE ROLE
Material Sourcing Manager - Linen
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Linen procurement strategy that optimizes cost, quality, and sustainability across all applicable products.
- Build, maintain, and expand a global network of Linen suppliers, including tanneries, rawhide processors, and specialty producers, to ensure reliable and competitive sourcing.
- Partner with Product Development and Merchandising to build and maintain a central Linen materials library with curated assortments for high quality and consistency.
- Analyze and monitor the global Linen market to inform procurement strategies and minimize price volatility.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and driving value across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align material procurement strategies with product requirements and company objectives.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and process efficiencies across the linen value chain.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. The Post Booking team is a core component of TheFork's Diner eXPerience (DxP) tribe, focused on cultivating diner trust, loyalty, and re-engagement within our B2C audience.
The team’s scope covers critical areas including transactional emails, user management, user settings and preferences, booking modifications and sharing, and user reviews.
This team is responsible for enhancing the post-booking and review experiences by optimizing user flows and ensuring the technical modernization and excellence of our underlying systems.
The team is led by a trio (Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Product Designer) and includes three native application engineers (iOS and Android). You will collaborate closely with two full-stack engineers and two backend engineers. The team operates in a distributed setup across various locations (France, with contractors in Poland and Ukraine).
What you will do
As a Fullstack Engineer, your responsibilities center on contributing to the team’s roadmap and ensuring successful delivery:
- Feature Discovery: Collaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer Manager on the functional and technical discovery of new features (defining requirements, scoping technical tasks, and identifying risks).
- Development & Delivery: Work alongside senior engineers to develop and deliver high-quality features.
- Quality Assurance: Support the QA team throughout the testing and validation phases.
- Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain relevant process documentation for components within the team's scope.

- Full-Stack & Autonomy: You are proficient in frontend (Web development, Accessibility) and backend (server-side logic, APIs, DBs) technologies and operate independently.
- Architectural Ownership: You are starting to own architectural decisions, can suggest alternatives to current designs, and write technical analysis with guidance from our technical leaders.
- Quality & Testing: You autonomously write unit and functional tests and provide valuable, constructive code review feedback.
- Product-Oriented: You build software iteratively, utilizing product insights to drive a problem-solving approach. You contribute autonomously to project execution and use monitoring tools to ensure smooth deployment and optimal user experience.
- Communication: You are proficient in written and spoken English and can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Contexte
Un de nos clients dont l'activité principale réside dans la défense d'intérêts, met en œuvre un Système d’Information unifié, incluant un socle CRM/ERP, un CMS léger et un Hub IA. L'ambition est de bâtir une plateforme souveraine, sécurisée et industrialisée, pour soutenir durablement l'exploitation, les corrections et l'évolution continue du produit. Le rôle se concentre sur l’opérabilité du Hub IA, la maîtrise des coûts et la qualité mesurable, à travers la gestion des prompts, le déploiement, le monitoring et l'exploitation en continu.
Missions
- Dispositif de gestion des prompts : Mettre en place et documenter un système industrialisé pour la gestion des prompts (versioning, rollback, templates).
- Maîtrise des coûts : Établir des mécanismes de contrôle des coûts (caching, routing, quotas) pilotés par des indicateurs clairs.
- Monitoring et exploitation : Déployer un monitoring complet (qualité, latence, erreurs, coûts, dérive) et fournir les runbooks opérationnels associés.
- Quality Gates IA : Définir et mettre en œuvre des quality gates spécifiques à l'IA, incluant des golden sets, des tests automatiques, des seuils d’acceptation et un suivi dans le temps.

Le Consultant Assurance Qualité logicielle Senior manage et livre les services de tests en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de TTC pour répondre aux exigences des clients. Il/elle travaille en équipe avec TTC et les clients pour établir et mettre en place les processus d'assurance qualité et les stratégies, les méthodes, les frameworks et d’autres aspects techniques. Il/elle participle à l’avant-vente en dialoguant avec les entreprises pour comprendre leurs besoins, les guider et executer des démos et des pilotes sur des logiciels d’automatisation de tests.
Responsabilités:
- Comprendre les besoins du client en matière de tests manuels et automatisés.
- S’impliquer dans l'exécution des tests, l'automatisation des tests et l'analyse de la couverture des risques.
- Examiner les exigences et les spécifications fonctionnelles et autres.
- Elaborer des stratégies de test, des plans de test, de test et les rapports de mesure de test.
- Bâtir et maintenir des jeux de tests automatisés basés sur diverses technologies.
- Fournir un travail de bonne qualité en interne et sur le site du client et respecter les délais du projet.
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec le client et gérer ses attentes.

Profil recherché
- Expérience des tests automatisés avec un ou plusieurs outils d'automatisation des tests, par exemple: Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, Rational Robot, etc.
- Expertise technique pratique en matière de programmation, d'outils et de méthodologies de développement et de protocoles.
- Compréhension des concepts de base de données et bonne connaissance de SQL
- Familiarité avec les tests API (SOAP et/ou REST)
- Expérience de l'analyse des exigences cllients et de la conception de cas de test à l'aide d'outils de gestion des tests : ALM, TFS, plug-ins JIRA, etc.
- Capacité à documenter les défauts et à les suivre jusqu'à leur résolution à l'aide d'outils de gestion des défauts : JIRA, Quality Center, TFS, etc.
Qualifications
- Bac + 3 en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel et/ou en assurance qualité logicielle.
- Vous maitrisez l’anglais écrit et oral suffisamment pour pouvoir travailler en equipe avec des collegues anglophones.
- Une experience en pré-vente (demos logiciel, qualification des besoins, conduite de pilotes) est souhaitée.
- Une expérience en qualité logiciel sur des systems ERP pour grandes entreprises (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) est un plus.
