The Select (Majors) Accounts sales team is responsible for revenue growth in the new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective Enterprise accounts for Samsara by total addressable opportunity. You Will

• High-Volume Sourcing & Recruitment

You Have

• 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience with a strong track record in high-volume hiring.
• Proven, direct experience recruiting independent contractors, auto-entrepreneurs, or freelance sales professionals.

The Technical Solutions Engineer (TSE) is a newly established role at the heart of this evolution. The TSE serves as the Regional Tier 2/3 technical escalation point — taking ownership of complex issues escalated from Frontline Support Specialists (FSS) and driving them to resolution. Beyond firefighting, the TSE plays a foundational role in building the operational infrastructure of our support organisation: designing playbooks, developing automation tools, and establishing the metrics that measure how effectively we serve our customers.

The Opportunity

• Own Tier 2/3 technical escalations from Frontline Support Specialists (FSS), triaging and resolving complex issues across ad serving, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure.
• Perform structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production issues — including campaign delivery failures, budget pacing anomalies, fill rate degradation, and ROAS fluctuations — using service logs and operational metrics.

Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:

• Define and optimize the French sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.

Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture!
