Cloudflare’s Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) operate at the intersection of product engineering and customer impact.
As an FDE, you will be embedded within one of Cloudflare’s most strategic global customers, working side-by-side with their engineering teams to build and deploy solutions using Cloudflare’s platform. Unlike traditional Solutions Architects or consultants, you will write production code, shape technical architecture, and directly influence how Cloudflare products are used at massive scale.
You will operate as a technical extension of both organizations - helping the customer ship faster while surfacing real-world product insights back to Cloudflare engineering.

About the role:

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our regional operations in Europe based in Paris. This role is embedded within the business and works closely with the HR Director and global HR team to deliver effective, consistent, and compliant people practices across the assigned region.
The HRBP partners with business leaders and employees to provide practical guidance on workforce matters, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities
HR Partnership and Workforce Support
Partner with regional business leaders to support performance and operational effectiveness. Provide guidance on team structure, workforce planning, leadership practices, and organizational alignment while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, policy interpretation, documentation, and execution of personnel changes. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all HR processes.

Dataiku is looking for a Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. As a member of the EDA team, you will play a central role in delivering data to fuel analytics and data-driven insights to various stakeholders and teams within the company. You will also be a key technical member contributing to the data platform that fuels centralized analytics, embedded analytics teams, Generative AI engineering, and self-service users across the organization.
This role is about 50% Data Operations, Support & Troubleshooting, and 50% new development. The data engineering day-to-day will primarily be within the data platform built using Snowflake, Dataiku, and GitHub. Primary development will focus on Python & SQL, DataOps processes built within GitHub Actions & Dataiku, and data platform processes built within Snowflake & Dataiku.
Non-technical skills and learning are also critical, as you will collaborate with engineers from various teams and help deliver solutions across a wide variety of technical domains. 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform Engineering
Strong technical skills in SQL & Python are a must. Experience in Dataiku DSS is a big plus.

An overview of this role
As the first Engineering Manager embedded the Upstream Studios organization at GitLab, you'll lead a focused team of Engineers responsible for two foundational surfaces: the Pajamas Design System, which powers the coherence of the entire GitLab product, and docs.gitlab.com, the documentation platform serving millions of GitLab users and contributors worldwide.
This is a rare opportunity to define what engineering leadership looks like inside a design organization. You’ll report to the Chief Design Officer and partner closely with Product Design, Technical Writing, Localization, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering leaders across GitLab. Critically, the design system is a contribution-based, company-wide platform that engineers across the entire organization depend on and actively participate in. Building those partnerships and making it easier for engineers everywhere to contribute to Pajamas will be central to your success.
You’ll be a hands-on technical leader and people manager in equal measure: guiding architecture decisions, shaping contribution workflows, and helping a small, high-impact team do some of the most leveraged work at GitLab.

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP, General Manager, France the Senior Director, Medical Affairs, France is the medical leader responsible for defining and executing the local medical strategy for oncology products. This role serves as the medical voice within the French Leadership Team, ensuring scientific excellence, compliant medical engagement, and strong alignment between global strategy and local patient, physician, and healthcare system needs.
This leader will ensure that French medical considerations are embedded in the regional medical strategy and plans and will partner with the General Manager and crossfunctional teams, as well as the VP, Head of Europe Medical Affairs and their leadership team. The incumbent will contribute to building the French medical team and work closely with the Global and Regional Medical Affairs teams across Med Affairs functions.
Responsibilities:
Act as the Medical Affairs lead for France, accountable for local medical strategy, execution, and impact across the oncology portfolio.
Translate global medical and clinical strategies into locally relevant medical plans aligned with French regulations and clinical practice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional key opinion leaders, oncology networks, academic institutions, and scientific societies.
Lead scientific exchange, advisory boards, investigator and other external meetings, press conferences, and congress engagement at country level.
Serve as medical expert within the local oncology and scientific community, acting as a spokesperson for France.
Collaborate effectively with regional and global teams by contributing to overall medical affairs strategy, strongly partnering with local, regional and global clinical development and operations teams.
Drive local medical strategy across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
Provide local medical expertise on evidence generation activities including local studies, real-world evidence initiatives, and investigator-initiated research (where permitted).
Ensure effective execution of publication plans and scientific communication activities.
Lead medical launch readiness for oncology products, including training, scientific materials, and field medical engagement plans.
Partner with Market Access and Commercial teams to support value communication and reimbursement-related interactions from a medical perspective, e.g. representing and defining evidence and value of innovation at oral HTA hearings.
Support lifecycle management activities including new indications, label updates, and competitive positioning.
Work closely with Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Safety, and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure aligned and compliant execution of country plans.
Provide medical review and approval of non-promotional materials in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
Build, lead, and develop the French Medical Affairs team, including Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaisons.
Establish medical processes, governance, and ways of working as part of the french build-out.
Foster a culture of scientific rigor, compliance, and collaboration.
Ensure all medical activities comply with local regulations, national and EFPIA codes, and internal company policies.
Represent Medical Affairs in french governance and risk management forums.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Advanced degree required (MD, PhD, or PharmD).
Strong background and experience in oncology required.
10+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs with a track record of country leadership.
Proven value and benefit assessment experience, with deep understanding of country payer decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
Proven experience supporting oncology product launches in a European market.
Strong understanding of the local healthcare system, clinical practice, and regulatory environment.
Experience in a US-based or global biotech and/or in a build-out or first-in-country role strongly.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtual.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities; demonstrated success in small but fast growing, entrepreneurial environment.
