Job Summary of the Sr. Manager, Internal Audit

The Senior Manager, Internal Audit will establish and lead Axogen’s newly internalized Internal Audit function, overseeing all aspects of SOX compliance, internal controls, and operational audit activities. This individual will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the internal audit strategy while partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, Operations, and other business units. The Senior Manager will serve as Axogen’s internal controls subject-matter expert, ensuring a strong control environment and alignment with regulatory expectations. Requirements of the Sr. Manager, Internal Audit

• Oversee IT General Controls testing, including logical access, change management, segregation-of-duties compliance, and interface/job monitoring.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of key configuration and automated controls within key applications.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of system-generated reports and data sets used in key financial and operational controls.
• Coordinate annual SOC 1 report reviews for third-party service providers, including evaluating complementary user entity controls and sub-service organizations.
• Track and validate remediation of control deficiencies and audit issues, partnering with business owners to implement sustainable solutions.

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. • 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years of experience in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in the development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in a B2B / outreach setting

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect into large State, Local, and Education organizations while running an efficient sales process
• Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts

• Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large SLED enterprises by selling value and ROI
• Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory

Who You Are: 

• Someone with 5+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within assigned SLED region)
• Someone with 2-3+ years of SLED/Gov sales experience
• Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
• Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
• Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Experienced in selling into large SLED organizations with the ability to win new logos
• Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs

The Manager of Jewish Student Life supervises staff, leads student engagement efforts, supports student leaders, and helps bring Jewish life to students in meaningful, joyful, and accessible ways.

FSU Hillel is unique in providing a meaningful Jewish experience on a campus of 4,000 Jewish students, attracting a wide variety of students from small, rural communities to major metropolitan areas. What You’ll Do

• Supervise and mentor four staff members across engagement and operations.
• Lead the student engagement strategy and manage the engagement team.

• Lead weekly staff meetings and plan quarterly retreats in collaboration with senior leadership.

What You Bring to the Role

• 2-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Hillel world, student affairs, education, or the Jewish nonprofit space is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience in a supervisory capacity

• Experience working in Jewish communal, campus, or youth engagement settings.
