We’re looking for Senior Program Manager FP&A and AI Systems to join our Finance team in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland.
In this role, you will…
- Own two critical pillars of our finance function
- The ARR and KPI reporting infrastructure that sits at the heart of our SaaS business
- AI automation agenda that is transforming how our finance team operates
- Ensure our ARR and SaaS metrics are accurate, insightful, and accessible — while simultaneously driving the automation of processes that free up the finance team to focus on higher-value work
- Work at the intersection of revenue analytics, financial systems, and artificial intelligence — with genuine ownership of the FP&A / finance tech stack and the autonomy to drive real change
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Own end-to-end ARR reporting — ensuring new ARR, expansion, contraction, churn, and NRR are accurately tracked, reconciled, and reported
- Build and maintain the company's SaaS KPI framework — covering MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, CAC Payback, and Rule of 40 — with consistent calculations and timely reporting
- Design and maintain AI-powered automations across finance workflows, including ARR reconciliation, KPI reporting, variance commentary, and data consolidation
- Use tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude to build and iterate AI-powered FP&A workflows on our modern cloud infrastructure
- Own and administer the FP&A tech stack: Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker and collaborate with FinOps and RevOps on ERP and CRM systems
- Lead finance systems projects end-to-end — from scoping and vendor management to implementation and change management
- Maintain a roadmap for finance systems and AI tooling, tracking performance and identifying improvements
This position is for you if you have…
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and 6–9 years in revenue operations, finance systems, or FP&A — ideally in SaaS or a high-growth tech company
- A strong grasp of core SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40
- Hands-on experience with our core tech stack: NetSuite, Salesforce, Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker
- Experience building AI automations using tools like Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, or similar
- Confidence writing SQL for data extraction and transformation
- An end-to-end understanding of how data flows — from Salesforce through to a Looker dashboard — and the ability to build solutions that hold up at scale
- A genuine AI-first mindset: you're already using AI in your day-to-day finance work, not just experimenting with it

We’re looking for Senior FP&A Business Partner to join our Finance team in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland.
In this role, you will…
- Be the financial conscience of the business — support the income statement, headcount, expenses, and cash flow planning processes that underpin how we manage and grow the company
- Work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure financial performance is clearly understood, risks and opportunities are surfaced early, and every major decision is grounded in rigorous financial analysis
- Bring a modern mindset to how FP&A is done — leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual income statement reporting — covering revenue, gross margin, opex, and EBITDA
- Prepare and present variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods, with clear commentary for senior leadership
- Own headcount planning — partnering with HR and department heads to track, forecast, and model people costs
- Support the annual budgeting process for opex, ensuring plans are robust and aligned to company strategy
- Support cash flow forecasting, producing accurate short and medium-term models to support treasury and operational planning
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership — providing proactive insight, not just reporting
- Use AI tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate modelling, automate routine reporting, and improve financial commentary
This position is for you if you have…
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and 5–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role — ideally in SaaS or a subscription business
- Solid experience modelling income statements, headcount, expenses, and cash flow
- Strong financial modelling skills and confidence in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using AI tools in a finance context — for modelling, forecasting, reporting, or commentary
- The ability to present financial information clearly to different audiences
- A natural curiosity — you ask "why" and "what if" whether it's a cost variance, a cash flow movement, or a new tool worth trying
- A hands-on approach to AI: you actively experiment and think critically about where it actually adds value in finance
