As our HR Manager Finland you will have holistic ownership of our HR operations at our Finland office. Your central focus will be to quickly audit and build on the core HR foundations that are already in place and take our HR proposition to the next level, with a laser-like focus on building a “best in the world HR” function. You’ll do that against the backdrop of rapid expansion in the country, both in our core business and Wolt Market.
You will ideally have a strong generalist HR background with broad experience across the HR spectrum, but particularly HR operations, talent and business HR. Ideally you will have either led an HR function in Finland or worked as a senior HR Business Partner. Team leadership experience and a genuine passion for the employee experience are essential.

The KYC/B Lead will be responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive business and personal customer onboarding procedures and supporting in ensuring the institution's compliance with AML regulations and FIN-FSA guidelines on customer due diligence. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory standards, together with knowledge around market best practices for CDD in a fintech and effective communication with key stakeholders across the DoorDash group of companies. The role will report to the Head of Financial Crime Prevention.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Courier Group, Compliance Team. The Courier Group builds products that power the end-to-end courier experience and logistics at Wolt, from onboarding to earnings, engagement, task assignment, and compliance. The group spans multiple product teams working together to ensure that couriers can start, operate, and grow on Wolt safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations.
The Compliance Team ensures that Wolt’s courier platform operates within the boundaries of diverse regulatory environments, while maintaining a simple and trusted experience for couriers, third-party service providers, and internal teams. This includes identity verification, document management, classification, privacy safeguards, and scalable compliance automation.
As the Product Manager for Compliance, you’ll work with a cross-functional team of exceptional engineers, designers, analysts, and product people in a high-impact, high-visibility role. You’ll define the vision and roadmap for courier compliance at Wolt, balancing business scalability, user trust, and regulatory integrity. You’ll connect with country teams to understand local regulatory requirements and cultural nuances, collaborate with legal and operations partners, and align with other product teams to make sure compliance flows are seamlessly embedded across the courier lifecycle.
Your work will include leading multiple projects and cross-team initiatives across the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. You’ll partner with Legal, Operations, and Policy teams to design compliance systems that are both locally adaptive and globally scalable. You’ll ensure that product experiences for different courier models remain clearly distinct and compliant, while driving automation and efficiency in ID verification, document management, and audit workflows. A key part of your role will be developing a deep understanding of couriers, regulators, and internal users, enabling you to build solutions that make compliance seamless and effortless for everyone involved.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team and support the Global Courier function.
The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. The function ensures we have the right courier supply balance, growing efficiency across our courier operations, and helps courier partners deliver more with fair compensation. The function also drives the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, policies and initiatives as we’re pushing to have the best real-time customer support in the world.
The Courier Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in the success of Wolt, strategically and financially. The team owns the P&L and ensures the right capital allocation within given constraints to hit the operational targets. Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

Your Mission
Build a talent engine to power Aiven’s next stage of growth. To do this begins with the right philosophical approach: you should view Talent Acquisition as a proactive commercial function, and put your focus on driving simple and effective solutions.
When it comes to hiring, you’ll specialize in building teams of engineers and technical experts focused on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and the open-source ecosystem. Along with that are the GTM and Central teams that help commercialise Aiven’s operations.
On top of this, you’ll own the roadmap for talent marketing and employer brand, talent operations, talent analytics and tooling. The expectation is that you’re optimising for efficiency, and leveraging AI and automation to allow the team more time for the value-adding human tasks.
Your day-to-day will be switching context from the small to the big problems: unblocking the bottleneck here and there, delving in and out of data dashboards, while supporting leaders on making the right talent decisions for their team.

We believe in automating our infrastructure as much as possible and pursuing challenging problems in a sustainable and repeatable way. Currently, our infrastructure processes petabytes of data every month through hundreds of servers and we are moving towards a Hybrid Cloud environment where we utilize the best of both worlds to build scalable production and development environments.
We work on many aspects of developer tooling at Smartly.io, from CI (we use GitHub Actions mostly) to our own development environment management tool (Devbox) that manages development environments for developers. We are helping other Smartly developers to be more effective in their day-to-day work.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of getting the best out of people, through coaching, 1:1s, helping them build a development plan and in general removing blockers from the team's path.
