We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute user experience and design-related aspects of the Incentives domain within the Rides team. This includes all products related to promotions, discount campaigns, and Bolt Plus across both the rider and driver apps.
The Incentives team's goal is to build a scalable incentives system that makes campaigns, rewards, and subscription benefits clear, effective, and motivating across every step of the ride journey.
You will play a key role in shaping how hundreds of millions of riders and drivers discover, engage with, and get value from Bolt's incentives, with a particular focus on evolving Bolt Plus into a loved, growth-driving product. We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the incentives experience across the Rides rider and driver apps. Your main goal will be to evolve and scale how we communicate campaigns, promos, and Bolt Plus benefits end-to-end, from pre-order discovery through post-ride moments. You will ensure that incentives are perceived as clear, consistent, and motivating across a two-sided marketplace with complex business logic. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong cross-functional partnership.
Own and evolve the incentives and Bolt Plus experience across the rider and driver apps. Turn complex campaign, engagement, and subscription flow into simple, intuitive user experiences. Partner closely with Incentives, Bolt Plus, Pricing, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs on both sides of the marketplace. Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution. Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity. Ensure consistency across surfaces, including home, pricing, order flow, in-ride, and post-ride states, for both riders and drivers.
You interpret the business metrics behind campaigns, loyalty, and subscriptions, and are comfortable designing within complex, two-sided systems. You're an interdisciplinary, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, driving discussions and influencing stakeholders at different levels. You raise the craft bar around you, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship. You work effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams. You give sharp feedback and elevate the work of other designers. In this role, you will be responsible for all public web pages, including product and feature pages (e.g. Ride-hailing, Micromobility, Delivery), their conversion and discoverability via the main navigation. To achieve this, you will collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders from different teams. Additionally, you will support our Brand team in designing campaign pages.
This role requires you to understand user needs, create prototypes, suggest improvements based on user behaviour and analytics, and turn concepts into high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
Building and maintaining Bolt’s design language for web products and ensuring its adoption across all our domains. Making sure that all our external-facing web pages are aligned to our prescribed ‘house style’ and audience tone of voice. Improving solutions step by step with testing prototypes early and A/B tests constantly. Supporting platform engineers working in an agile environment to implement your design specifications. Ensuring a consistent and highly optimised user experience at all times. Conducting content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across our products.
You have experience working on web products related to user acquisition; generating delightful ‘AHA!’ and ‘WOW!’ moments in the process. You're experienced in design tools and software, including Figma, Adobe. You’re comfortable animating micro-interactions and building prototypes ready for hand-off. You have a good understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and frameworks such as React. You know the difference between AA and AAA WCAG requirements and how to apply them to your designs, ensuring that developers have all the necessary assets and guidelines. You are passionate about emerging technologies, design trends and eager to apply this knowledge to your work.
