We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a team, collaborating closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will fully own the QA process, drive quality standards and ensure efficient testing practices.
Assist in testing product features at all stages of development to ensure quality and functionality. Perform release testing for our mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with Engineers to plan and execute testing strategies, identifying and resolving issues early in the development cycle. Work with Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to review features and provide critical feedback for improving product design and usability. Support the team in keeping documentation updated and maintaining a healthy, efficient test suite.
You are experienced with manual testing of mobile applications in both Android and iOS. You have experience with REST API testing and a solid understanding of how applications communicate with servers. You are familiar with performing release testing in an agile environment with a constant release lifecycle. You value a good user experience. You enjoy collaborating closely with software engineers and you don't shy away from taking ownership of different tasks and supporting other teams.

About the Role:

- Develop and enhance Kotlin-based backend services that power Wrike’s mobile application
- Contribute to the core platform, including APIs, business logic, and performance optimizations tailored for mobile use cases
- Collaborate closely with iOS, Android, QA, product, and design teammates to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews and peer reviews to maintain engineering quality and consistency
- Help evolve the mobile backend service and propose innovative technical solutions using Kotlin

Your Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of software development experience using Java, Spring, MyBatis, PostgreSQL, and Maven
- Production experience building backend systems and services
- Good understanding of backend architecture, SOLID principles, and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API design
- Ability to keep solutions simple, scalable, and maintainable
- Strong communication skills in English
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- At least 1 year of production experience with Kotlin is preferred

We are looking for 2 experienced Senior React Native Engineer to join our team in Tallinn: 1 Senior RN - Mobile (React.js/React native) and 1 Senior Fullstack (React.js/React Native/Backend).

As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will contribute to developing our Bolt Food platform, which currently has over 40,000 registered restaurants and is distributed on iOS, Android, and Web platforms. You will constantly work on new features and improve existing ones.
Working on Bolt’s mobile applications. Coding mostly in Typescript, React Native, and occasionally writing some native code for both Android and iOS. Covering your code with unit and e2e tests. Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges. Participating in our product and technical roadmaps. You have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with product, design, and other engineering teams. Nice to have: experience in payments/fintech; experience building platforms, SDKs, or reusable components (for fullstack role).

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Mobile/Android) to take the lead in ensuring our global security products meet the highest bars of reliability. In this role, you won’t just run tests; you’ll architect and scale automation solutions for our VPN portfolio (HotspotShield, Betternet) and our flagship antivirus (UltraAV). We are agile, work quickly, and focus on outcomes. We trust our team to build the best solution to help us scale for the future.
Day to Day:
- Architect and evolve our Android automation framework (Espresso/Kakao-Cup) to support a growing portfolio of security products.
- Design sophisticated testing strategies for VPN-specific challenges, including network-dependent flows and testing under unstable or switching connection states.
- Work closely with developers and other QAs to troubleshoot and resolve issues, offering detailed bug reports.
- Uphold QA best practices and contribute to driving the QA strategy.
- Continuously explore new testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience in automating UI tests for Android apps written in Kotlin
- Strong hands-on expertise with Espresso and Kakao-Cup, with the ability to test screens built in both Jetpack Compose and classic XML.
- Experience with Robolectric and Mockito for test infrastructure and mocking dependencies.
- You’re comfortable building and maintaining pipelines in CircleCI and using Bash/sh scripting for automation and result processing.
- Experience sharding and parallelizing tests using Flank, and configuring device matrices within Firebase Test Lab or similar emulators.
- An understanding of the specific challenges of testing VPN apps, such as network-dependent flows and handling connection-state flakiness.
- At least upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience maintaining UI test suites across multiple apps in both mono- and multi-repo setups.
- High level of comfort with ADB, log analysis, and a working understanding of the Android build process via Gradle (Kotlin DSL).
- Experience testing A/B frameworks, including covering feature-flagged flows and variant-dependent UI.
- Familiarity with testing Google Play Billing integrations (subscriptions, purchase flows, and edge cases).
