In this role, you will contribute to one of the most critical teams within the Bolt organization. You will be involved in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, business modelling, and strategic projects. You will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams, supporting them with performance reporting, financial planning, and KPI setting.

This role requires excellent technical & modelling skills, fluency in working with big data sets, confident business judgement, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills combined with prominent reporting & corporate finance knowledge.

• Own end-to-end budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance to identify trends and explain variances against targets.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to define, track, and improve KPIs.
• Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial and industry analyses.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to management reporting improvements with Financial Controlling.
• Develop and continuously refine long-term business models.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuation (Big-4), or financial planning & analysis.
• You have strong expertise in financial and business modeling, and budgeting tools, and are proficient in G-Sheets and Excel; basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
• You have basic experience with BI and data visualization tools and can translate complex ecosystems into financial models.
• You have excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• You are flexible and can work under tight deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.
• You are fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a driven Credit Risk Analyst to join our Tallinn office.

As a Credit Risk Analyst in our Risk Team, you will play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and improving the performance of our consumer lending portfolio across multiple markets. By turning data into insight, you’ll help shape smarter lending decisions - from evaluating creditworthiness to refining risk models - directly influencing how we manage risk, support sustainable growth, and maintain a strong, well-balanced credit portfolio. You’ll also analyse portfolio trends and calculate expected credit losses in line.

In this role, you’ll be one of the key contributors within our Credit Risk Control team - tackling complex challenges, sharing ideas, and working alongside talented professionals to keep our credit portfolio strong, balanced, and future-ready.

What will you be doing?

• Monitoring credit portfolio performance, identifying key risk drivers, and providing actionable insights across Inbank’s 5 operating markets.
• Analysing customer behavior, loan performance, and emerging risk trends.
• Preparing regular risk reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with product, data, and collections teams to improve credit processes.
• Contributing to the development and optimisation of credit policies.

Ideally, you would have:

• 2–3 years of previous experience in Credit Risk, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Tableau (or a similar reporting tool) is a plus.
• Understanding of consumer lending products and credit risk principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
