We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional UI skills to work on Bolt web pages in collaboration with our Product and Brand teams. This role is a unique opportunity to work across all of Bolt’s products and services, as they are all represented on the web.

In this role, you will be responsible for all public web pages, including product and feature pages (e.g. Ride-hailing, Micromobility, Delivery), their conversion and discoverability via the main navigation. To achieve this, you will collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders from different teams. Additionally, you will support our Brand team in designing campaign pages.

This role requires you to understand user needs, create prototypes, suggest improvements based on user behaviour and analytics, and turn concepts into high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

• Building and maintaining Bolt’s design language for web products and ensuring its adoption across all our domains.
• Making sure that all our external-facing web pages are aligned to our prescribed ‘house style’ and audience tone of voice.
• Improving solutions step by step with testing prototypes early and A/B tests constantly.
• Supporting platform engineers working in an agile environment to implement your design specifications.
• Ensuring a consistent and highly optimised user experience at all times.
• Conducting content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across our products.

• You have experience working on web products related to user acquisition; generating  delightful ‘AHA!’ and ‘WOW!’ moments in the process.
• You're experienced in design tools and software, including Figma, Adobe. You’re comfortable animating micro-interactions and building prototypes ready for hand-off.
• You have a good understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and frameworks such as React.
• You know the difference between AA and AAA WCAG requirements and how to apply them to your designs, ensuring that developers have all the necessary assets and guidelines.
• You are passionate about emerging technologies, design trends and eager to apply this knowledge to your work.
• You can communicate fluently in English and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Position Overview

The Shopify Developer is the technical engine behind our global digital storefronts. You will manage the technical evolution of both our B2B and Retail platforms, ensuring they are fast, accessible, and optimized for conversion. This role is central to our global expansion; you will spearhead the implementation of Shopify Markets and customize theme logic to meet the unique needs of international territories. We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver who bridges the gap between creative design and high-performance code.

Key Responsibilities

Theme Development & Optimization

• Build & Launch: Develop high-fidelity, responsive landing pages and custom theme sections to support marketing campaigns.
• Performance Engineering: Implement code-level improvements to enhance site speed (Core Web Vitals) and ensure full ADA compliance across all digital touchpoints.
• Technical SEO: Maintain best-in-class search visibility through optimized Liquid templates and structured data (JSON-LD).
• B2B & Retail Logic: Develop and maintain distinct theme customizations that cater to the different shopping behaviors of our wholesale and retail customers.

Global Expansion (Internationalization)

• Shopify Markets: Lead the technical setup and configuration of Shopify Markets to support multi-currency, multi-language, and regional content.
• Localization Logic: Architect theme solutions that adapt seamlessly to regional requirements without compromising global site stability or customer experience.

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Marketing and Operations to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Code Reviews: Actively participate in peer code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for custom integrations and theme modifications.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for support requests and bug fixes, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

Required:

• Core Stack: Strong foundational programming logic; you understand how to structure data and build for scalability, not just 'making it look right'. Exceptional proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vanilla/ES6).
• Growth Mindset: A documented history of being a self-motivated, fast learner. You aren't afraid to dive into the "unknown" and enjoy tackling complex technical puzzles.
• Project Execution: A proactive self-starter who excels in an evolving roadmap. You enjoy seeing your work go live quickly and can effectively prioritize multiple workstreams to meet milestones during busy launch windows.
• Hybrid Collaboration: Strong verbal/written English. While based in Estonia, you must be comfortable working primarily via Google Meet and chat, collaborating with stakeholders across different time zones.

AI-Augmented Development: An active interest in the evolving landscape of AI-powered development. You are open to experimenting with agentic code editors like Cursor and understand how to leverage AI for debugging and documentation without compromising on fundamental engineering principles. 

Resourcefulness: Resourceful and autonomous; you are the type of developer who consults documentation, experiments with APIs, and finds the 'why' behind a bug before asking for a solution.

• Shopify Experience: 1+ years of professional Shopify development experience (Liquid, JSON schema, Shopify APIs).
• Code Portfolio: A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates clean code and creative problem-solving (even if it’s not Shopify-specific).

The Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. • Leading cross-functional collaboration to analyse new-driver retention performance, align stakeholders on key initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across teams
