Job responsibilities
- You will lead and manage data engineering projects from inception to completion, including goal-setting, scope definition and ensuring on-time delivery with cross team collaboration.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data and data quality.
- You will design, develop and operate modern data architecture approaches to meet key business objectives and provide end-to-end data solutions.

Estamos en búsqueda de Data Engineer
Principales responsabilidades:
- Analizar la necesidad basado en definiciones y diseños recibidos.
- Participar en la etapa de diseño de Ingeniería de la solución con altos estándares de eficiencia y alineadas a la visión de Arquitectura de Datos.
- Desarrollo y despliegue de productos de datos como: ETLs, ELTs, APIs, que permitan disponibilizar información, observando estándares y herramientas provistas por banco así como buenas prácticas de Desarrollo (como Clean Code) que garanticen soluciones eficientes (en términos de consumo de recursos y tiempos de respuesta), efectivas, legibles y de fácil mantenimiento en el tiempo.
- Aplicar estrategias de validación que permitan verificar la correcta implementación de criterios funcionales y no funcionales.
- Aplicar procesos de mejora continua de los productos en desarrollo.
Requerimientos:
- Gestión de base de datos y experiencia en tareas de optimización de: Scripts, SPs y otros objetos destinados al tratamiento de datos.
- Modelamiento de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales
- Experiencia en construcción de: Datawarehouse, Datamarts y Datalake.
- Familiaridad con los diferentes componentes y su interacción en tecnologías Cloud orientadas a soluciones Big Data.
- Construcción de ETLs, ELTs y gestión de información con grandes volúmenes de datos.
- Buenas prácticas y principios de desarrollo como Clean Code.
- Conocimiento de marcos de trabajo ágiles y estrategias DataOps
- Estrategias de testing orientado a Datos tanto para pruebas funcionales y como no funcionales.
- Formación en sistemas de ficheros distribuidos como Hadoop, HDFS o Spark.
- Procesamiento batch con tecnologías Big Data

Principales responsabilidades:
- Diseñar y desarrollar modelos predictivos y prescriptivos de alto impacto para decisiones estratégicas del banco.
- Seleccionar técnicas y variables clave, evitando procesamientos innecesarios y enfocándote en lo que realmente importa.
- Codificar algoritmos robustos (Python + PySpark) con fuerte base matemática.
- Optimizar y garantizar escalabilidad y repetibilidad de las soluciones.
- Liderar técnicamente al equipo, mentorizar a perfiles junior y asegurar calidad y buenas prácticas.
- Proponer iniciativas para desbloquear bloqueantes técnicos/procesales.
- Participar en roadmaps analíticos, monitoreo y despliegue de modelos (junto a Arquitectura).
Requerimientos:
- Experiencia en roles de Data Science / Modelado Analítico.
- Dominio avanzado en: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, estadística, econometría, probabilidad, clustering, etc.
- Manejo sólido de Big Data + SQL / NoSQL.
- Python (muy deseable PySpark), pipelines CI/CD, MLOps, cloud (Big Data).
- Conocimiento medio de CI/CD y calidad de datos.
- Habilidades clave: liderazgo técnico, comunicación efectiva (técnico → negocio), proactividad, orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo

Responsabilidades
- Relevar y analizar requerimientos funcionales del negocio para el diseño de soluciones de reportería y analítica.
- Diseñar y construir reportes y dashboards considerando métricas, KPIs, variables calculadas y visualizaciones efectivas.
- Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para identificar insights claros y accionables.
- Desarrollar esquemas de visualización y comunicación de resultados orientados a la toma de decisiones.
- Implementar modelos analíticos y estadísticos descriptivos básicos.
- Asesorar a usuarios en la construcción y uso de soluciones visuales.
- Documentar las soluciones de datos conforme a estándares, plataformas y herramientas provistas por el Banco.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar la correcta implementación de las soluciones.
Requerimientos
- Experiencia comprobable de 3 a 5 años en roles de Data Analyst / BI.
- Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Conocimientos sólidos en estadística descriptiva básica.
- Certificación y experiencia avanzada en Power BI (reportes, dashboards, dataflows y DAX).
- Certificación y experiencia avanzada en Python para manipulación, visualización, EDA y procesamiento de datos.
- Certificación y experiencia avanzada en SQL (modelado, consultas complejas, procedimientos almacenados y ETLs).
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (SQL Server, Postgres, MongoDB).
- Experiencia en herramientas de ETL OnPremise (SSIS, Pentaho).
- Manejo de herramientas de control de versiones.
- Aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo y Clean Code.
