The EMEA Regulatory Legal team is a team of legal counsel responsible for providing strategic guidance on Stripe’s financial regulatory obligations across EMEA. We are hiring our first team member based in the UAE to lead our work in the UAE and future expansion in the region. As a member of the team, you will tackle a diverse range of cutting-edge financial regulatory challenges on a daily basis. You will have the chance to influence new product development, interact with regulatory authorities shaping our industry, and help define Stripe’s policy positions.
We are seeking an experienced legal counsel with a passion for payments and fintech regulation. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our business, legal, policy, compliance and risk partners on applicable regulations. You’ll also work with internal stakeholders to engage regulators and policymakers on these issues to enable Stripe’s mission of helping businesses to grow and thrive. You will have the opportunity to contribute more broadly to other regulatory and legal matters as well. This is a full-time role for a candidate based in the UAE (based in-office) and will report to the Head of EMEA Regulatory Legal, based in Dublin.

Position Overview:
The Solutions Sales Director will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent’s solutions across existing and new accounts. This role is focused on candidates with strong expertise in entity management space, either as a practitioner (e.g., company secretary) or someone who has directly used entity management tools in a commercial or operational setting. The Solutions Sales Director is responsible for managing larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles and driving adoption of the Diligent One Platform.
This individual contributor position manages the full sales cycle, from initial prospect/customer meetings through to deal completion, while orchestrating internal expertise to deliver on and grow accounts. Providing coaching, guidance, and support to Sales stakeholders is a key element to enable team members to learn best practices. About the role:
We are seeking an AML Transaction Monitoring Ops to join our Compliance team.

The Role
We're hiring a Head of People Operations & Talent to build and scale the people function at OpenFX. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. We have a lean people team today and are investing to build it out significantly. The Problem You’ll Solve
OpenFX can already move money cross-border. But without a world-class collections (Pay-In) layer, we’re missing the front door of the funds flow. Building this unlocks a new category of clients (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and makes OpenFX materially stickier: once customers collect through us, their entire flow runs on our rails.
Most global businesses still collect money like it’s 2008: opening local bank accounts country-by-country, reconciling fragmented bank statements, and wiring funds back to HQ with delays, hidden fees, and constant operational breakage. If you have hundreds of thousands of customers across countries, “collections” becomes a full-time organisation, just to get paid and understand who paid you.
You'll build the product that fixes this. By owning Pay-Ins end-to-end, from local fiat rails and virtual accounts to fiat→stablecoin routing, to reconciliation that finance teams can close books with, you'll unlock a new category of customers (global platforms, marketplaces, remitters, enterprises) and make OpenFX the default operating system for their global treasury.

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Design to lead our design organization during a critical phase of product maturity and scale. You will own the end-to-end design vision for our platform, creating intuitive interfaces that make complex financial operations feel simple for our institutional partners.
This is a foundational role where you will lead the design strategy for our core suite of products across multiple currencies and blockchain networks. Your work will directly impact how banks, payment providers, and fintech companies manage billions in transaction volume. You will establish design operations that can support our 10x growth trajectory, building systems that enable rapid iteration without sacrificing quality or consistency.
What You'll Actually Do & Own
Audit and Rebuild:
In your first six months, you will conduct a comprehensive audit of our current design system and user experience, identifying critical gaps where design debt is creating operational friction or limiting our ability to scale. You will establish the foundation for a world-class design organization.
Design Financial Tooling:
You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to improve our trading and treasury management interfaces, bringing sophisticated financial operations tooling to life through clean, purposeful design. This means understanding the nuances of how traders monitor liquidity across multiple venues, how treasury teams manage capital allocation decisions, and how operations teams need to track and reconcile thousands of transactions daily.
Build the Design System:
You will create a scalable design system that supports multiple product lines, define our approach to user research with institutional clients, and ensure that accessibility and usability standards are embedded in everything we ship. You will establish design operations that enable rapid iteration without sacrificing quality or consistency.
Build and Mentor the Team:
You will build and mentor a design team as we scale, establishing the culture, processes, and standards that will define design excellence at OpenFX. As a founding design leader, you will define the hiring standards, the voice, and the culture of the design organization.
Shape Design Strategy:
You will partner effectively with product managers and engineers to make smart tradeoffs under constraints. You will articulate design rationale that connects user needs to business outcomes, and you will be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information while moving quickly. Your design decisions will fundamentally shape our product trajectory and competitive positioning.

8+ Years in Design with Financial Systems Leadership:
You have 8+ years of design experience with at least 3 years leading design for trading systems, market-making platforms, treasury management tools, or institutional financial software. You have designed interfaces where millions of dollars move based on user actions, and you understand the unique requirements of building for high-stakes financial decision-making.
Trading UI/UX Expertise:
You have deep, hands-on experience with trading UI/UX patterns—order books, position management, P&L visualization, risk dashboards, and real-time data displays. You have wrestled with the challenge of presenting dense financial information clearly without overwhelming users, and you know how to design for both novice operators and expert power users within the same platform.
Banking and Payments Product Knowledge:
You bring substantial knowledge of banking and payments products, understanding how financial institutions think about onboarding flows, KYC/compliance interfaces, reconciliation tools, reporting systems, and operational workflows. You have designed for regulated environments and appreciate the balance between innovation and institutional requirements.
Systems Thinking:
You are a systems thinker who can architect comprehensive design frameworks while also obsessing over pixel-perfect details. You know when to standardize components and when custom solutions are warranted. You understand how design decisions at the component level cascade into product-wide implications.
Collaborative and Pragmatic:
You are collaborative and pragmatic, knowing how to partner effectively with product managers and engineers to make smart tradeoffs under constraints. You can articulate design rationale that connects user needs to business outcomes, and you are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information while moving quickly.
Portfolio Evidence:
You can point to a portfolio demonstrating your experience with financial services design, particularly trading systems or institutional platforms. Your portfolio shows both strategic vision and execution excellence.

As an Institutional BD Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our platform/protocol among institutional players. We are supporting a venture-backed, early-stage technology company building a white-label consumer engagement and rewards platform for global brands. The platform enables large-scale fan and customer experiences (e.g. predictions, quests, digital rewards, ticketing and commerce) while incorporating tokenised settlement and rewards infrastructure.
This role represents a true greenfield build. The Founding CTO will define the overall system architecture, technical standards, and engineering culture from day one, while delivering a production-grade platform designed to scale to millions of users.
As Founding CTO, you will take end-to-end ownership of the technology organisation, from initial architecture and hands-on development through to team build-out and long-term technical strategy.
You will work closely with founders and commercial stakeholders, translating product vision into scalable systems and ensuring the platform can support multiple partners, brands, and regions.

The post-holder must be flexible, adaptable and quick to learn new routines. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work to strict time-scales and meet deadlines. Previous experience with multi-currency systems is essential with 10 to 15 years experience in a similar role. Be able to communicate in verbal and written English and Arabic concerning all business issues is a prerequisite. Qualified Accountant with knowledge of US GAAP or International GAAP is preferred. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily audit tasks, including internal audit coordination, to ensure that financial records are legal and compliant.
Assist in conducting financial audits, compliance audits, and special audits according to the audit plan, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Perform data analysis by regularly organizing and analyzing financial data, evaluating the accuracy of financial reports, and ensuring transparency of information.
Identify and assess financial risks, provide improvement suggestions to management, and support the development and enhancement of the internal control system.
Prepare audit reports based on audit results, offer improvement recommendations to management and relevant departments, and ensure timely rectification of audit findings.
Organize and archive audit materials and related documents to ensure the integrity of the audit process and the confidentiality of audit records.
Periodically review whether financial policies and procedures comply with the latest regulatory requirements and assist in compliance management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional auditing experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and audit tools.
Demonstrated ability to independently plan, manage, and complete complex audit engagements.
Excellent skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and preparing clear, accurate reports.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are highly desirable.
