Getting to space and overcoming the gravity well is only half the story. What you do there is the future. We are not building the trains. We are building the machines that lay down the tracks. By developing the foundational capabilities that make sustained, responsive operations possible, we enable a new era of space activity that strengthens national security and ensures freedom of action in an increasingly contested domain.
Katalyst Culture:
Working at Katalyst is intense, hands-on, and deeply rewarding. You’ll take real ownership and see your work move from concept to operations in an environment where the problems are hard and the impact is real. We value humility, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, even when it’s harder. You’ll work closely with thoughtful, driven teammates who push each other to do their best.

About the Role:
At Gusto, we believe the next frontier of competitive advantage is the intelligence of the systems that power our people. As the Sr Principal PM, AI Workforce Enablement, you are the architect of the "Superhuman Agent." You won't just manage tools; you will redefine the relationship between Gusto’s workforce and technology. You are responsible for evolving our internal foundation into a proactive, agentic platform where AI handles the cognitive load, allowing our Go-to-Market (GTM) and Service teams to focus on high-value human connection. You will lead the transition of our legacy ecosystem into a future-state "exoskeleton" that empowers every employee to deliver an unparalleled, frictionless experience to our customers.
Gusto is looking for a hands-on builder to take on this leadership mantle as we rethink how people grow in an AI-native company. This role is not just about designing the systems that shape growth day-to-day, but the actual mechanics of work. You will be responsible for building new architecture and tearing down what no longer serves us. The goal is simple but hard: make growth obvious, continuous, and hard to avoid.
We’re looking for a leader who can balance strategic influence with hands-on craft—someone who can guide senior Gusto leaders through AI-native data strategy, coach data scientists on impactful problem solving, and dive in to drive forward statistically rigorous analyses when needed.
About the Team:
The Unified Service Platform (USP) product team serves as Gusto’s architectural backbone, responsible for engineering the intelligent, AI-driven ecosystem that brings GTM and Service operations into alignment. Our mission is to replace fragmented point solutions with a singular System of Intelligence—a digital exoskeleton that strips away administrative friction so our teams can focus on what matters most: our customers. Through our commitment to a #OneGusto experience, we provide the platform that ensures every internal interaction is backed by the full context of the customer journey.
We are an AI-native team building "agentic" solutions that transform how work happens. By mastering the AI-Human-AI loop, we own the delivery of a seamless, cross-channel journey across voice, chat, and email. Our goal is to ensure that our internal technical excellence creates an instant, easy and effortless experience for every business Gusto serves.

About the Role:
We're hiring a Principal Engineer to serve as a Technical Lead across multiple teams in the Money Group – Gusto's fastest-growing organization and a cornerstone of the company's transformation into the Small Business Finance Platform.
You'll define the long-term technical vision for systems that power cash flow management, lending, expense controls, invoicing, payments, and tax optimization (something about consumer financial health?)– ensuring the architecture scales as we grow. This role spans strategy and execution: setting architectural direction across 5+ teams, vetting external partners, prototyping new product lines to unblock product decisions, extracting services from our monolith, and mentoring the engineers around you. You'll be the person who fills whatever role the group needs to hit its goals – from hands-on coding to strategic planning to unblocking other teams.
If you're excited about building financial infrastructure with real impact on the people and businesses that power the modern economy, we'd love for you to join us.
About the Team:
Money is Gusto's fastest-growing group, building financial products for both sides of the employment relationship. For small businesses, we're extending the category of employer-facing financial services – bill pay, invoicing, working capital, expense cards, and cash flow insights that help SMBs get paid faster and pay others with confidence. For employees, we build tools that reduce financial stress: on-demand pay, high-yield cash accounts, automated savings, and credit-building features. This is a deeply technical domain spanning payments infrastructure, lending, multi-party integrations, and mobile-first experiences – with the complexity and scale to match.
Together, these teams are building toward a unified financial operating system for small businesses – accounting, banking, payments, lending, and tax – all connected to Gusto's payroll and people platform.
Our unique advantage is Gusto's authority over payroll data, which we leverage to build a payroll-confidence engine no standalone fintech can replicate.

Software is the central nervous system for True Anomaly's engineering and product thesis. Software bridges the gap between military objectives, theoretical physics, and the human and autonomous control of spacecraft and ground systems. True Anomaly is seeking a Principal Spacecraft Simulation Software Engineer to define the long-term technical vision and architecture for a simulation platform that spans some of the hardest problems in modern aerospace — from high-fidelity multi-physics modeling of spacecraft and constellations to simulation of complex, dynamic environments that don't yet have established playbooks.
At this level, your impact extends well beyond individual features. The platform you help shape will underpin mission planning, autonomy development, GNC validation, and operational decision-making across a range of scenarios that are technically novel by design. Katalyst Description:
We build robotic spacecraft that enable dynamic space operations, creating a future where maneuvering, upgrading, refueling, and exploration are as routine as they are on Earth.

We value humility, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, even when it’s harder. You’ll work closely with thoughtful, driven teammates who push each other to do their best.
Role Description:
Our technology hinges on flawless execution of rendezvous, proximity operations and docking (RPOD) and stands at the intersection of Space Domain Awareness (SDA), robotics, and in-space upgrades. Complex algorithms are essential to unlocking this vision. This is the domain of GNC Engineers. You’ll primarily focus on the design, build, test, analysis and in orbit operation of the GNC system central to our rendezvous and proximity operations spacecraft and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) products.
If you have a background expertise in a relevant domain such as orbital mechanics, optimal control, spacecraft systems design, sensor fusion and navigation, and/or software development and you’re excited about making a big impact while leaning into collaboration—surrounded by Flagstaff’s Ponderosa pines or the Denver Rockies—we’d love to hear from you!
