You’ll be the face of Lighthouse’s Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
In hotel commercial operations, Business Intelligence software plays a critical role by offering real-time data, forecasts, and reporting that help hoteliers measure performance, optimize pricing, allocate inventory, predict demand, and identify growth opportunities. You will sell the solution that empowers hoteliers to make data-driven decisions regarding their commercial strategy, with the ultimate aim of maximizing revenue. Overall, this technology enhances decision-making, reduces reliance on guesswork, and helps hotels stay competitive in a rapidly changing market.
What makes this different: You won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters: building relationships, running sharp discovery, and demonstrating the value of our BI platform.
Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. This is not an SDR-reliant role.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.
You’ll join a global Revenue team of 150+ sales professionals across 24 countries. The BI team focuses on a core area of our product suite — a supportive, driven group with real opportunities for career growth and the chance to learn from experienced leaders.

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for past clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your mission will be to research where these valuable properties have gone, re-engage them, and re-sign them to the Lighthouse platform. This is a sales-focused position where you'll work with a pipeline of very warm leads, turning potential churn into retained revenue and new growth. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success.
Own your territory and your number. Prospect into a dedicated list of former customers who have recently changed their management or ownership structure.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Conduct in-depth research to identify where these properties have moved and uncover the new key decision-makers. Re-engage these warm leads to demonstrate the value of continuing their partnership with Lighthouse under their new organization.
Run a disciplined sales process. Manage the full sales cycle to re-sign these accounts, mitigating churn and retaining crucial revenue. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and other Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition and co-selling process. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities by upgrading re-signed customers to new products or comprehensive plans. Maintain a high volume of strategic outreach, with a strong emphasis on impactful phone calls to build relationships quickly
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative commercial team in a brand-new, entrepreneurial role.
While you'll report directly to our sales leadership, you will be a crucial bridge between our Account Executive and Account Management teams. Our team is focused on a critical business challenge: retaining customers who transition between hotel management groups. You will be the pioneer of this 'win-back' motion, helping us build the playbook from the ground up and turning what was once churn into a major revenue-saving and growth opportunity.

Reporting to our Manager of Marketing Operations, you will join our team as a Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, you will be the managing, administering, and optimizing our entire MarTech stack. You will support your team and stakeholders by enabling smarter decisions through technology and data. Your work will involve managing daily marketing operations tasks, creating insightful reports, and collaborating across the business to boost marketing productivity and efficiency.

We are on the lookout for driven and results-oriented net new Account Executives to join our dynamic new business sales team at Engine. In this full-cycle position, you'll take the lead in outbounding and qualifying leads, seamlessly transitioning to handing off new customers to our dedicated Account Management team.
This position will require 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our office for the first 90 days dependent on performance.

Compensation
In addition to a competitive base salary, our listed compensation range includes the estimated variable target. Your OTE (on-target earnings) are based on several factors including your experience, expertise, and location. Your compensation package may also include equity. What you will do#-Hybrid
As an Enterprise Program Manager, you will be dedicated to the success of our largest global clients. You will act as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts. In this autonomous role, you will steer complex programs, from Business Intelligence implementations to new product onboardings, driving regional alignment and strengthening key client relationships.

Title: Senior Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Denver, CO
Duties:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or Marketing. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, business development manager or related in hospitality technology sector. Experience must be progressive and include 5 years in new business development Including C-Level relationships with local and/or regional decision makers in the hospitality industry.
5+ years experience using SaaS and Daas delivery models, value propositions and pricing, and positioning.
4+ years experience applying enterprise deal management practices.
2+ Years experience using Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite.
Salary: $130,249/year - $130,249/year

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.
We work with structured sales methodology, like MEDDPICC to support high-quality deal execution. You’ll advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast with precision. We want to help you use modern tools to become a better seller and achieve great success.
Own your territory and your number. Build and manage a focused pipeline of premium North American independent properties, targeting boutique hotels, luxury resorts, and influential single assets. Drive 7–10 new CSS agreements monthly by prioritizing properties without dedicated revenue management or those navigating ownership transitions. Execute proactive outreach and curated networking to turn high-value targets into a consistent net-new pipeline. Your growth is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Lead discovery conversations that uncover commercial gaps and operational constraints, positioning CSS service tiers directly against a property’s revenue goals. Deliver sharp demos and ROI narratives that resonate with Owners and GMs, confidently navigating multi-stakeholder decisions to drive deals to close. Your value-based positioning is the key to conversion.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. Build visibility at hospitality forums by leveraging deep expertise in independent hotel dynamics to drive demand. Lead with strategic revenue analysis to provide immediate diagnostic value, positioning CSS as a total commercial solution that aligns sales and revenue departments.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.

About the Enterprise Account Executive role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own above-property relationships at the brand and management company level, working directly with CCOs, CMOs, and regional VPs to unlock portfolio-wide opportunities for our suite of products. This is a true enterprise role: complex, multi-stakeholder deals, meaningful executive access, and a team-selling model that means you're not going it alone. You'll work with property-level Account Executives who handle ground-level adoption and leadership that's actively invested in your success. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role can be based anywhere in the United States.

We aggregate and distribute premium live sports—including NFL Sunday Ticket, Peacock exclusives, and TKO Group content—to commercial venues nationwide. Backed by the NFL and RedBird Capital Partners, we are revolutionizing how fans experience live sports in public spaces by providing businesses with the content and tools they need to drive growth.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial partners. Your goal is to ensure our customers (ranging from local sports bars to national hotel chains) are maximizing the value of the EverPass platform. You will manage the post-sale relationship, focusing on retention, upselling new content packages (like ESPN+), and ensuring technical success.

Expected Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $70,000 - $90,000 + bonuses. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
