You’d be a good fit with:

• 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles or equivalent capacity.  The ability to communicate (at the various context-appropriate levels of depth) and persuade clearly, have strong EQ, and other customer facings skills are critical.

About the Role

Veeam is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Denmark to serve as a trusted advisor and dedicated technical liaison for our enterprise customers. What You'll Bring: 

• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Veeam’s core products and a broad background in enterprise IT infrastructure. You should have significant knowledge of data center technologies, including virtualization (VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V), operating systems (Windows and Linux), networking (Ethernet, Fibre Channel), and storage/backup systems (experience with technologies from vendors like EMC, NetApp, IBM, HP, etc. is a plus). • Experience: Typically 12+ years of experience in security, with a strong focus on incident response, detection, and/or threat intelligence, or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience. This includes deep expertise in Incident Management and Incident Response tool development.
