ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As IT Workplace Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, secure, and scalable IT experience across our global hybrid workforce. This is a hands-on technical role with growing ownership - you'll move beyond day-to-day support to take responsibility for IT systems, processes, and service quality across your area.

Working closely with Workplace, Security, People Ops and Engineering teams, you'll contribute to both the operational running of IT and the continuous improvement of how we deliver it. This is the right role for someone who has solid IT foundations and is ready to take the next step - owning workstreams, driving small-scale improvements, and becoming a trusted technical resource for the team and the wider business.

• Support and maintain IT operations for in-office and remote teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery with minimal disruption
• Take ownership of endpoint and device management across Intune, Jamf, MDM and SSO platforms, ensuring availability, performance and compliance
• Manage IT asset lifecycle end-to-end - procurement coordination, provisioning, lifecycle tracking, audit support and secure decommissioning
• Ensure a smooth employee experience by owning onboarding and offboarding device workflows, working closely with People Ops and Security
• Manage and maintain office AV equipment and conference room technology, ensuring reliability for day-to-day and event use
• Identify and implement process improvements and lightweight automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve support efficiency
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes, runbooks and workflows, helping move the team from reactive to proactive operations
• Support compliance with company security policies and industry standards, contributing to audits and risk assessments as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security and Workplace on IT initiatives and policy alignment
• Act as a go-to technical resource for junior colleagues, providing guidance, knowledge-sharing and hands-on support to raise the team's overall capability
• Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours technical support when required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or workplace support, with clear progression beyond helpdesk into systems ownership, hands-on expertise with modern IT tools including MS Intune, Jamf, Meraki Wireless Networks, and Okta.
• Well-versed in ITIL principles and fluent in ITSM platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow across incident, request and change management
• Confident troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices across hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Solid working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Competent in AV and conference room technology management, keeping environments reliable for everyday use and events
• Beginning to explore automation, scripting or Infrastructure as Code - GitHub or Terraform exposure is a plus
• Strong documentation habits - able to write clear runbooks, process guides and handover notes
• A natural go-to for junior team members - approachable, knowledgeable, and invested in bringing others along
• Effective communicator who can engage confidently with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders

Overview

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team. This team builds and maintains the foundational services and SDKs that power Speechify’s product experience across platforms. It's a critical role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product and infrastructure, thinks strategically, and is passionate about designing clear, reliable APIs and simple systems that directly enhance the user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects, find ways to reduce scope to get faster feedback from customers, navigate the integration/UX tradeoffs relevant to different product teams, and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to ship things like faster loading and more intelligent parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and improving our algorithms
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin

The Trade Desk is seeking an India country specialist at the Senior Accountant level based in Mumbai/ Gurgaon. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles and India’s statutory compliances and tax requirements, be hands-on in resolving accounting reconciliation issues and able to provide solutions drawing on past experiences. This is an individual contributor role that will closely collaborate with other stakeholders (e.g., stakeholders within the organization, external third-party consultants, external auditors, etc.). This role will be reporting to the India Accounting Manager who is based in Singapore.

What you’ll do 

Perform India’s Statutory month-end close and year-end close tasks including but not limited to, fixed assets accounting, statutory adjustments postings, booking provisions and intercompany transactions, preparing accounting and tax reconciliations, and reporting under India GAAP.

Collect, compile, verify and analyze information required for the preparation of statutory and compliance reports, including maintaining statutory General Ledger and Fixed assets register, preparing financial statements, workings for tax filings, and reconciliation of amounts from tax portal.

Coordinate with third party external service providers for monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ annual compliances including TDS, GST, corporate secretarial, equity, treasury, Statutory audit, Tax audit and Internal financial control.

Collaborate with accounting operations functions, including accounts payable, payroll and stock admin teams, to address any Statutory accounting, financial statements disclosures and compliance queries as a country-level specialist.

Participate in cross-functional projects that require local implementation and other improvement initiatives that require collaboration and problem solving at both individual and team level.

Take on duties in finance-related process and reporting enhancement projects with the goal of promoting efficiency.

Build network across a variety of functions and with third party finance vendors to exchange ideas know-hows to formulate solutions to accounting and compliance issues.

Support ad-hoc requests and tasks, as required.

Who you are

6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, tax and compliance at an Accounting Advisory firm, similar role at start-up and/ or technology, media company.

Knowledge and application of India GAAP/Indian Accounting Standards, local tax and compliance regulations.

US GAAP and Previous Big 4 work experience is a plus.

Professional qualification- Chartered Accountant/ CPA.

Skilled Oracle or ERP system user, proficient in excel, with experience in working with more technical/data driven tools.

Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and see tasks/projects through to completion, meet deadlines, with little to no supervision.

Able to take action under guidance, manage diverse and conflicting priorities, take feedback positively with willingness to improve.

Highly collaborative with good interpersonal skills and enjoy partnering with others to seek out opportunities to improve process and efficiencies across the organization.
