Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support our team by integrating security into the development and operational pipeline. In this role, you will design and automate CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and implement security controls to protect critical systems. You will work closely with development teams to enhance automation and ensure compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux system management, API security, and cloud security practices, along with the ability to collaborate in Agile environments and respond to security incidents proactively.

Responsibilities

• Implement Infrastructure as Code to manage cloud resources efficiently, ensuring scalability and flexibility for all workloads.
• Integrate security controls into the development lifecycle (DevOps principles) to ensure systems are secure from the outset.
• Implement containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment, ensuring security practices are embedded into container lifecycle management.
• Implement DevOps practices in alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Integrate security measures throughout the software development pipeline.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in SAFe ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain security automation tools and processes.
• Conduct threat modeling and implement secure coding practices.
• Actively participate in incident response and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with source control tools like Git and GitLab.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Bash scripting.
• Experience in integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and automating security testing.

Responsibilities 

• ​Lead the creation and execution of test strategies for complex programs, emphasizing automation to boost testing coverage and efficiency on different platforms(web/mobile).
• Drive the design and execution of scalable test automation frameworks that align with project goals.
• Utilize knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured for comprehensive backend services testing and data integrity verification through API endpoints.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and QA team, guiding them towards achieving targeted automation objectives, fostering skill development and professional growth within the team.
• ​Perform regular quality checks and user acceptance tests for several projects on the supported devices, operating systems and browsers.

Successful candidates will have

• One of the following degrees (or similar) B.Tech Computer Application, B.Tech Computer Science, BE, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Bachelor's of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an automation QA role within an agile setting, alongside a total of 3+ years of experience in software testing or related fields.
• Passion for QA process, engineering, & tooling - looking to improve our existing QA process with proactive suggestions and awareness of industry trends
• Proficiency in Git for effective management of automation scripts, test data, and configurations.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python to develop sophisticated automation scripts and frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interaction across teams and with stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes and systematic project tracking.
• Expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, or similar for project management and documentation.

As an Automation QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by executing test plans, identifying defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze business requirements.
• Design test cases.

Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

WIN is building modern, scalable technology platforms that power our nationwide home services network. We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: 100% Remote

About the Role

WIN is building modern, scalable technology platforms that power our nationwide home services network. We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, Load Balancers, etc.)
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems
• Drive automation, documentation, and best practices for deployment and release processes
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure reliable and efficient releases
• Lead disaster recovery planning, data backups, and failover strategies

What You Bring

• 5+ years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role with proven hands-on experience
• Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (bash, python)
• Familiarity with networking, load balancers, DNS, and security best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: experience with GCP or Azure
