About the role

Our Partnership Program is a key initiative for the company. The Partner Account Manager’s primary duty is to engage, build and develop Human Interest’s key accounts and growth opportunities. We're looking for a forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.  You'll accelerate our partner relationships to help us exponentially reach more small and medium businesses across the United States, which is essential to our growth. What you get to do every day

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities 
• Proactively identify and resolve emerging issues and offer solutions by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $130,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. Base pay is just one component of our Total Rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of physical, financial, and mental wellness benefits. About the Role

As a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM), you’ll be instrumental in advancing our mission to improve health outcomes by making nutrition care accessible to more patients. This is a provider-facing field role where your primary goal is to grow patient referrals to Nourish by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams — including primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and office managers.

Your impact will be felt every day: by putting patients first, championing providers as partners, and ensuring more people gain access to life-changing nutrition support. In this role, you’ll report directly to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and join a fast-moving, values-driven team.

Please note: This is a full-time role and you must be located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. 

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of growing your territory and building lasting provider partnerships. You’ll have both the autonomy and support to approach the work creatively and effectively, with a clear focus on driving patient impact. Core responsibilities include:

• Field Engagement: Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory.
• Spotting Opportunities: Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
• Connecting & Converting: Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients’ nutrition care.

After years of building an innovative POS platform for restaurateurs, Toast is expanding its offerings into other food and beverage concepts such as convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. This role will require a founder’s mindset as we grow Toast’s presence in this new vertical with a new offering: the Toast Retail platform. 

As a Retail Account Executive, you will be part of a founding team that is transforming the way convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop a customized solution that helps their business thrive. We need your passion, sales expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit to help us build the Toast brand in an assigned geographic territory.

A day in the life (Responsibilities) 

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops
• Generate lists of prospective convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close 
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs 
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery 
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities 
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market
