Hillel International is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven professional to serve as Manager of the Israel Action and Addressing Antisemitism Program (IAP). This role is designed for a candidate who brings both subject-matter expertise and the ability to translate it into an actionable campus strategy.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience engaging students and campus communities in thoughtful, proactive Israel education and programming. They are a strong consultant, relationship builder, and collaborator, capable of guiding Hillel professionals through complex and often high-pressure campus dynamics related to Israel and antisemitism.

Working in close partnership with Hillel International colleagues and local Hillel teams, the Manager will help design and implement impactful education and engagement strategies and provide real-time support to campuses navigating anti-Israel activity and antisemitic incidents.

The IAP Manager reports to the Director of IAP and serves as an integral member of the national IAP team. This remote position is available to eligible candidates in the U.S., with a preference for those located in the Midwest. It requires approximately 40% travel.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic guidance to Hillels responding to anti-Israel activity and antisemitism on campus
• Partner with a designated cohort of campuses and assist in designing and implementing Israel education and engagement strategies
• Serve as a subject-matter consultant on Israel and antisemitism-related issues
• Develop and scale proactive Israel education and engagement initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with Israel-focused partner organizations at the local, regional, and national levels
• Support campuses in moments of crisis and high visibility, providing real-time consultation and strategy
• Design and facilitate collaborative programming across multiple Hillels, including international opportunities
• Manage initiatives that engage and develop Hillel student leaders in Israel-related programming

What You've Accomplished

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• A bachelor’s degree (in a related field is preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Israel, Middle East affairs, and the evolving campus climate

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Massed Effects (MFX) Team within the Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Division at Anduril provides customers a high reliability, trusted solution for generating military utility using robotic and autonomous systems (RAS). We think holistically about the user experience with RAS and address the pain points, product gaps, and delivery bottlenecks preventing widespread adoption. That is why we are developing a robotic combat system that operationalizes RAS and integrates them with existing infrastructure and current capability frameworks.

ABOUT THE JOB

Business Development (BD) leads within MFX are responsible for identifying, shaping and capturing opportunities to grow revenue for the business line. BD leads serve as the bridge between prospects/clients and the broader team, conveying warfighter needs to the Product and Engineering teams to ensure that Anduril products consistently meet or exceed user expectations and mission demands. The MFX Business Line is looking for a high initiative, collaborative individual to join the team as the USN and USMC Growth Lead. This person will have ownership and responsibility for shaping and capturing RAS software opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Find, pursue and close MFX-related business within US Navy and US Marine Corps acquisition arms. Success will be achieved by developing a deep understanding of the existing and prospective customer base, knowing the current or planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, and being cognizant of the competitive landscape. This expertise will inform capture strategies, revenue forecasts, and aid in technology development plans. Tactically, you will manage continuous engagements with current and future clients, generate growth strategies, and monitor buying cycles for opportunities, and lead specific proposal and capture efforts.
• Develop capture strategies. Provide cohesive business plans and execution models that outline acquisition plans, create clear alignment to investment strategies, and drive towards program of record execution. Success will be achieved by engaging key stakeholders to shape requirements, identifying and securing relevant funding, and developing compelling win themes and supplier strategies for competitive captures.
• Drive product development and program transition. Anduril thrives by developing new technologies for our clients’ pressing operational challenges. This demands delivering nascent concepts to clients shaping early design of experiment, study, and collaborative research and development that enable the road map toward major programs of record. Internally, you are charged with translating client problem sets back into our engineering organization, identifying key milestones, and proactively providing clear communications to appropriate levels of the company. Your assessment of clients’ needs will inform new product decisions, and your ongoing engagement with clients will yield crucial input that helps Anduril ensure our product suite is best-in-class.
• Grow existing business. While the primary role will be shaping and capturing new business, a successful Growth Lead will represent the entire MFX business line. You will partner with execution teams and product engineers to grow business with current clients. This does not simply include expanding upon current work, but also leveraging existing partnerships to explore new areas of work or opportunities by sustaining and building upon the strong foundation of those client relationships.
• Communicate our value to clients. BD team members and brand ambassadors that represent Anduril to a broad audience: clients, partners, competitors, and the interested public. You must project the company’s ethos, conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next-generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate will be a proven development and growth leader with prior experience in commercial or DoD Capture and Sales, demonstrating a track record of building, executing, and winning business capture strategies, particularly with an emphasis on the US Navy and US Marine Corps customers.

The Maneuver Dominance Division’s mission is to reboot Vertical Flight.  Our Group 3 and above portfolio of UAS are the cornerstone of these capabilities, and we continually strive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in endurance, autonomy and mission capability. The Maneuver Dominance team develops and maintains core products and payloads, and adapts and applies those products to serve a wide variety of defense, IC and commercial customers in US and international markets. 

ABOUT THE JOB 

We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Development, to join our rapidly growing Business Development team in HQ or Washington, DC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver our Vertical Lift Capabilities to our defense and commercial customers. This position works across all products in the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and driving capture campaigns across the Division.  You will work with other growth team members to drive Strategic Planning and prioritization for the Division to inform senior leader and C-Suite decision making for resourcing decisions.  You must have strong analytical skills, an understanding of market forces, competition analysis, and have excellent written, visual, and oral skills to communicate highly complex information in succinct and impactful ways.  If you have a strategic perspective on land and maritime air operations, a successful product strategy background, and experience winning customer-funded projects, this role is for you.

• Generate and capture business opportunities. The BD team is ultimately responsible for growing revenue. The Solutions Consultant (Public Sector) will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. About the Position

Dexis is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor consultant to support technical solution design for upcoming opportunities with the Bureau for Diplomatic Security with the U.S. Department of State. This consultant will serve as the lead subject matter expert on technical security engineering, contributing significantly to solution architecture, technical proposal development, and overall proposal quality.

About the Position

Dexis is seeking a highly qualified Senior Data Management Consultant to support an upcoming strategic initiative with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). The project supports DSCA’s efforts to modernize business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve responsiveness through advanced data analytics, strategic planning, and program execution support.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Management Consultant will support DSCA and the Dexis team to analyze business management services; keeping up to date with emerging business management and data management techniques, tools, and approaches; identifying and maintaining new open-source data sources on security cooperation; and visualizing and summarizing data to effectively inform decision-making.
