What your day-to-day will look like

• Lead and oversee complex data privacy initiatives across EBANX’s global operations, ensuring compliance with regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks;
• Act as a strategic partner across business and technical teams, driving privacy-by-design practices, AI governance initiatives, and cross-functional alignment;
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and vendor evaluations, while supporting incident response and developing scalable privacy processes and frameworks.

What you need to shine in this role

• Strong experience with data privacy regulations (LGPD, GDPR, and international frameworks) and their practical application in complex, global environments;
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage stakeholders across multiple regions, and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions;
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills to operate in a global, cross-functional environment.

As the e-commerce market grows exponentially, so does the challenge of securing it. We are a fast-paced payments processing company with a strong footprint across Latin and Central America, and we are looking for a Fraud Prevention Senior Analyst to join our team.

Your role will focus on a critical reality of our industry: Fraud. However, we believe the real challenge isn't simply stopping fraudulent transactions, it is detecting suspicious behavior while aggressively preserving our merchants' approval rates. There is no pride in low fraud numbers if it comes at the cost of declining valid sales. We need to be precise, strategic, and user-focused. That is why we are looking for a data-driven professional with a Customer-Centric mentality and proven experience in Fraud Prevention to help us find that perfect balance.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Act in a customer centric way for our Merchants;
• Proactively monitor KPIs and performance;
• Deep analyze data to understand behaviors and guide important business decisions;
• Identify offenders, opportunities and come up with new fraud prevention strategies to address and fix it;
• Contribute with disruptive ideas and insights that will benefit the business.

What you need to shine in this role

• You have a constant need for self-development. Comfort zone makes you uncomfortable and you’re guided by the test-learn methodology;
• You are familiar with dashboard tools. Tableau is the company’s official tool, but any knowledge here is welcome;
• You have payment market and fraud prevention experience and are familiar with the major players that compose the card transactional flow;
• You have skills on making weekly presentations and reports, as well as presenting it to merchants, partners and internally;
• You understand how machine learning algorithms work. You will be working closely with Data Science teams and talk about models to increase performance;
• You have experience in creating anti-fraud rules.
• You know how to use SQL (joining tables, aggregation functions) to extract data for analysis purposes and also make your daily activities easier;
• You have intermediate to fluent English skills. We’re a multinational company and you will need English for email replies and meeting very frequently;
• You respect all cultures and beliefs and don’t have a prejudgment mindset.

• You know statistical fundamentals and use them to guide your data analysis such as hypothesis test, back testing rules, relative risk, etc.;
• You have great communication skills and are a fast learner;

• You also have fluency in Spanish;

Position Overview

The Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and long-term adoption of EBANX’s payment solutions. Acting as a strategic bridge between clients, commercial teams, and product development, this role ensures that every solution delivers measurable business impact.

Beyond overseeing delivery and performance, the Engagement Manager serves as a trusted consultant to merchants, educating them on how to work with EBANX, uncovering new opportunities for business growth and market expansion. By leveraging deep market understanding and data-driven insights, the Engagement Manager identifies potential areas for optimization. The Engagement Manager engages the BD and AM teams by referring qualified opportunities for pricing, contracting, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic and Enterprise new brands, ensuring alignment between their strategic objectives and EBANX’s payment solutions during the merchant onboarding and ramping phase. Provide consultative guidance to help merchants expand and optimize their payment operations across multiple markets.
• Implementation & Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of client onboarding and integration projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, compliance, and product, to ensure timely delivery, operational excellence, and exceptional client experiences.
• Ramp-Up Planning & KPI Management: Develop a clear ramp-up schedule in collaboration with each merchant, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and milestones. Establish mutual accountability by aligning on how both EBANX and the merchant will measure and achieve each performance milestone throughout the ramp-up period.
• Performance Optimization:  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver performance and transactional metrics reviews with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that maximize results for clients.
• Consultative Growth Enablement: Act as a trusted consultant to merchants, proactively identifying business expansion opportunities. Refer qualified expansion opportunities to Sales or Account Management teams for pricing, contracting, and closure.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Build the foundation of the merchant relationship that enables EBANX to sustain long-term relationships with clients and partners, grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent delivery. Foster collaboration that drives joint growth and mutual success.
• Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Manage multiple concurrent projects with discipline and precision. Promote continuous improvement by contributing to structured methodologies, incorporating feedback, and ensuring alignment with EBANX’s standards of excellence.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise between clients and EBANX’s internal stakeholders to align commercial, technical, and operational priorities, ensuring that solutions meet both short- and long-term merchant and business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience in payments, financial technology, consulting, or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
• Experience serving as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying new business or market expansion opportunities, and collaborating with Sales or Account Management teams to drive growth.
• Proven track record of defining and managing performance-based ramp-up plans, including KPI design, measurement frameworks, and milestone tracking.
