Location: Curitiba, Brazil (Hybrid)

This person will support high-impact hiring across areas such as Finance, People, Legal and other critical business functions, partnering closely with senior leaders, executives, and HRBPs across multiple regions.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who operates as a true talent advisor to the business, someone capable of influencing decisions, challenging assumptions, bringing market intelligence, and helping leaders make better hiring choices.
You will navigate complex global hiring landscapes, executive stakeholders, compensation discussions, and highly competitive talent markets - while maintaining exceptional hiring quality, calibration, and speed.
You must be comfortable operating with autonomy, executive exposure, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Owning end-to-end hiring for strategic Finance and Corporate Functions roles across multiple geographies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders on hiring decisions
• Partnering closely with HRBPs to align talent strategies with organizational priorities and business needs
• Building strong partnerships with business leaders through market expertise, and consultative influence
• Driving high-caliber talent pipelines with strong market mapping and proactive outreach
• Bringing data, talent insights, and external market perspective to executive discussions
• Navigating compensation alignment, governance processes, and hiring prioritization
• Elevating candidate experience while maintaining high hiring standards and operational excellence
• You operate as a Strategic Advisor, not simply as a Recruiter
• You are comfortable influencing executive conversations with confidence and structure
• You know how to balance quality, speed, business urgency, and market realities
• You proactively propose solutions
• You communicate with executive presence and strong business acumen
• You know how to attract exceptional talent in competitive and ambiguous environments
• Strong TA experience with exposure to Finance and Corporate Functions
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environments
• Strong consultative stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Spoken English
• Experience hiring globally across LATAM, US or APAC
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech-driven companies

• You understand how high-performing tech organizations are structured and scaled
• You are comfortable hiring across complex domains such as Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Data, AI/ML, Product, Platform, and Engineering Leadership
• You know how to assess talent beyond keywords, understanding technical depth, business impact, and organizational fit
• You proactively propose solutions
• Strong experience hiring for tech and product roles in fast-paced or global environments
• Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms, communities, and outbound recruiting strategies
• Experience influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights
• Experience managing multiple strategic searches simultaneously with high quality and speed standards
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience hiring globally across LATAM, US, or APAC
• Experience with executive or senior-level Tech hiring
