Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista de Conteúdo com forte perfil estratégico e orientação a processos, responsável por desenhar, estruturar e otimizar a operação de conteúdo e jornadas de comunicação. Seu papel será desenhar a arquitetura multicanais e garantir que a engrenagem operacional rode com perfeição para múltiplas marcas. Assim como, definir a lógica de fluxos, calendarização de disparos, leadscore e réguas com foco em conversão e análise de performance.
No dia a dia você irá:
-Estratégia de nutrição: Definir a estratégia de conteúdo e nutrição de leads ao longo de todo o funil (topo, meio e fundo), com foco em conversão.
-Fluxograma: Desenhar o roadmap e calendarização de conteúdo garantindo otimização e eficiência das jornadas, fluxos de automação, réguas, entre canais e formatos.
-Governança operacional: Estruturar a arquitetura operacional da área de nutrição, atuando como PMO da operação de conteúdo, organizando backlog, priorização e acompanhamento de iniciativas.
-Olhar para performance: Criar e evoluir lógicas estratégicas (ex: critérios de segmentação, regras de priorização, inputs para leadscore), monitorando a performance das jornadas e conteúdos, propondo otimizações contínuas com base em dados e OKRs
-Inteligência de dados: Construir o relatório e fazer o monitoramento do funil de vendas e KPIs de performance para tomar decisões ágeis, ajustando as estratégias e operação de nutrição com base no comportamento lead.
-Qualidade e autoridade: Garantir que a estratégia de conteúdo esteja alinhada a princípios de qualidade como EEAT (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust) e PLG (Product Led Growth) e sejam executadas pelo time operacional.
-Interface com stakeholders: Atuar como ponte entre marketing, produto e especialistas pedagógicos, capturando insights para enriquecer a estratégia de conteúdo e otimização operacional
Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:
-Experiência sólida em estratégia de conteúdo, inbound marketing e nutrição de leads
-Forte capacidade de estruturar jornadas e fluxos de automação com foco em conversão
-Perfil altamente organizado, com experiência em gestão de processos e atuação como PMO
-Visão analítica, com capacidade de interpretar dados de conversão e que transformem em plano de ação, com base na performance da estratégia de conteúdo, funil e OKRs
-Conhecimento na plataforma Marketing Cloud - Salesforce.
-Experiência em colaboração com áreas multidisciplinares (marketing, produto, especialistas de conteúdo)

-Experiência em estratégia de inbound e nutrição
-Experiência com operações de conteúdo em escala
-Conhecimento em frameworks como EEAT e estratégias de PLG
-Experiência com otimização de funil e aumento de conversão em bases de leads

As a Senior Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and team development. You will own the product direction for Brazil payments end-to-end, while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing team of product managers.

No dia a dia você irá:
- Gestão Estratégica do CRM: Liderar o ciclo de vida das melhorias no sistema, desde o entendimento da dor do usuário até a validação da entrega técnica.
- Priorização e Gestão de melhorias: Utilizar técnicas de gestão de produtos para priorizar melhorias de acordo com impacto e recursos disponíveis.
