As a Mid-Level Financial Transformation Analyst at EBANX, your mission will be to work on strategic transformation initiatives, leveraging data, automation, and AI-based solutions to optimize financial processes, enhance information quality, and generate measurable business impact.

No dia a dia você irá:
-Estratégia de nutrição: Definir a estratégia de conteúdo e nutrição de leads ao longo de todo o funil (topo, meio e fundo), com foco em conversão.
-Fluxograma: Desenhar o roadmap e calendarização de conteúdo garantindo otimização e eficiência das jornadas, fluxos de automação, réguas, entre canais e formatos.
-Governança operacional: Estruturar a arquitetura operacional da área de nutrição, atuando como PMO da operação de conteúdo, organizando backlog, priorização e acompanhamento de iniciativas.
-Olhar para performance: Criar e evoluir lógicas estratégicas (ex: critérios de segmentação, regras de priorização, inputs para leadscore), monitorando a performance das jornadas e conteúdos, propondo otimizações contínuas com base em dados e OKRs

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, who will be responsible for performing the Group's corporate consolidation and financial statements, including the Equity Method (MEP), elimination of sophisticated Intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions, and Foreign Currency Translation (CTA). Additionally, this professional will support Brazil operations in issuing financial statements in accordance with CPC and BCB (Central Bank of Brazil) standards, coordinating the audit process, drafting financial statements, and monitoring the status through to final issuance.

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)

In the IT Ops team, we take care of the infrastructure that keeps EBANX running every day. We ensure that employees have the best experience with devices, networks, and systems, providing fast, secure, and efficient support so nothing gets in the way.
Strengthen the security of our AWS and GCP environments by building, improving, and monitoring cloud security controls;
Lead and support security investigations, collaborating with multiple teams to prevent incidents and drive long-term improvements;
Develop automations and tools (Python, IaC, Kubernetes integrations) that reduce manual work and increase security coverage;
Contribute to PCI-DSS, ISO-27001, ISO-27701 and ISO-27718 compliance efforts by ensuring controls are implemented and continuously improved;
Design and maintain secure infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation, supporting scalable and reliable services;
Partner with Engineering, Cloud Platform, FinOps, and GRC teams to embed security into the development lifecycle and influence architecture decisions;
Help elevate EBANX’s cloud security posture through documentation, best practices, and continuous learning;
Solid experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure), preferably in security-focused roles;
Hands-on skills with Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform or CloudFormation;
Ability to automate tasks and build tools using Python or other scripting languages;
Understanding of security frameworks and standards like PCI-DSS or ISO-27001;
Experience participating in or leading security incident investigations;
Familiarity with Linux administration and Kubernetes concepts;
Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
A mindset focused on continuous improvement, learning, and delivering secure solutions at scale;
Cloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, or equivalent;

JOB SCOPE
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)
Give notice at your current job (if applicable)
Participate in daily training for the first 15 days
Shadow and support ongoing accounts during the next 15 days while preparing to take on your own clients
Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-focused Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team.
In this role at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will serve as a key strategic leader, helping guide our clients toward long-term, scalable growth. Your mission is to ensure predictable and consistent revenue through lifecycle marketing initiatives—leveraging data-driven insights to create forecasts, shape strategic plans, and maintain reliable performance. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.
Your responsibilities extend far beyond email execution—you act as a trusted partner to our clients in all areas of customer lifecycle strategy. You clearly articulate the reasoning behind our recommendations, bridging the gap between forecasts and the email, SMS, direct mail, and other lifecycle touchpoints we deploy. Your ability to explain the “why” strengthens client confidence and builds a deeper sense of partnership
