As a Mid-Level Financial Transformation Analyst at EBANX, your mission will be to work on strategic transformation initiatives, leveraging data, automation, and AI-based solutions to optimize financial processes, enhance information quality, and generate measurable business impact.
You will play a technical and analytical reference role, connecting Finance, Data, and Technology teams from ideation through implementation and scaling of solutions.
Main requirements for this position:
- Support financial transformation initiatives through the execution of automation, analytics, and AI projects, contributing to the optimization of critical financial processes;
- Implement and support the integration of AI-driven and automation solutions to improve data quality, support decision-making, and generate business value;
- Participate in the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives (requirements gathering, solution design support, implementation, and results tracking), under the guidance of senior analysts or team leadership;
- Contribute as a technical or functional focal point in specific analytical projects and products, helping organize demands, engage stakeholders, and align with team objectives;
- Collaborate closely with business areas, Data, and IT to ensure solution integration and avoid duplication of efforts;
- Translate business problems into analytical and technical requirements, performing exploratory analyses to support decision-making;
- Use databases, SQL, and analytical tools to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data with quality and consistency;
- Develop analytical solutions and automations with moderate autonomy, following technical, architectural, and best-practice guidelines;
- Support research, testing, and proof-of-concept initiatives for new tools, methods, or analytical approaches;
- Communicate analyses, results, and insights clearly to diverse audiences, fostering a data-driven culture;
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, organization, and adaptability in an environment with multiple demands and priorities;
- Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, and support for business areas in the use of analytical tools;
- Show a proactive attitude in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and analyses;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (advanced English required)

- Knowledge of or interest in understanding the company’s business model;
- Familiarity with financial processes and concepts;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of applied statistics, analytical models, and/or AI solutions (e.g., simple predictive analyses, automations, basic anomaly detection, or early applications of generative AI);
- Previous experience applying data analysis to support business decisions;
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- A collaborative, organized, curious profile with a continuous learning mindset;
- Ability to develop solutions in compliance with security, architectural, and compliance standards, with support when needed.

As a Mid-Level Financial Transformation Analyst at EBANX, your mission will be to execute, monitor, and continuously improve financial transformation initiatives, leveraging data, automation, and analytical solutions to optimize processes, enhance information quality, and support the generation of measurable business impact.
You will play an active role in the tactical management of projects and initiatives, working closely with executives and teams across Finance, Data, and Technology. You will be involved from problem understanding through implementation, results tracking, and continuous solution improvement.
Main requirements for this position:
- Support financial transformation initiatives through the execution of analyses, automations, and data-driven solutions, contributing to the improvement of financial processes;
- Participate in the implementation of analytical solutions, automation, and AI use cases, with a focus on operational efficiency, information quality, and decision support;
- Perform exploratory data analysis, translating business needs into technical analyses and actionable recommendations;
- Use databases, SQL, and analytical tools to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data;
- Act in the tactical management of transformation projects and initiatives, supporting planning, tracking of timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;
- Support the organization and prioritization of the analytics and automation initiatives backlog, contributing to alignment with team objectives;
- Work collaboratively with business areas, Data teams, and IT, acting as a bridge between functional needs and technical solutions;
- Work under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models), actively participating in rituals such as planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives, when applicable;
- Support the development of executive reports, monitoring materials, and governance forums for transformation initiatives, connecting financial indicators, status, and risks;
- Contribute to measuring results and returns on initiatives (financial benefits, operational efficiency, information quality), supporting the creation and monitoring of business cases;
- Act as a facilitator of initiative cadence across involved areas, supporting PMO/PO practices, organizing rituals, and aligning teams and leadership;
- Communicate analyses, learnings, and insights clearly and concisely, supporting decision-making and the adoption of a data-driven culture;
- Demonstrate adaptability, organization, and analytical skills in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and priorities;
- Strong communication skills (advanced English is a plus).

- Familiarity with financial processes such as FP&A, Accounting, Internal Controls, or Financial Operations;
- Intermediate knowledge of project management, agile methodologies, or management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Asana, or similar);
- Introductory knowledge of analytical models, applied statistics, and/or AI solutions, such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, anomaly detection, or early applications of generative AI;
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving;

- A collaborative, curious, self-driven profile with a strong willingness to grow technically;
