As a Senior Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and team development. You will own the product direction for Brazil payments end-to-end, while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing team of product managers.
You will be accountable for translating EBANX's strategic ambitions into a clear, executable product roadmap — driving adoption, expanding market share, and ensuring our payment solutions remain best-in-class for global merchants. This role demands a leader who can operate at altitude when setting vision, and get into the details when it matters.

As a Product Manager for Payments Mandates & Regulatory Readiness, your mission will be to build and lead EBANX’s strategy for scheme and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for creating a unified product-owned governance model that ensures readiness, visibility, and proactive execution of all Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and regulatory requirements that impact our payments capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and our global merchant base. You will play a critical part in enabling EBANX to scale safely, maintain performance, unlock new features, and operate with predictability in fast-evolving markets.
