We are looking for someone reliable, interactive, and flexible to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving duties as well as routine maintenance and janitorial upkeep of our Wilton office buildings.

Please Note: This position is 100% on-site, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

How You'll Make an Impact:

Shipping and Receiving

• Coordinate receiving, shipping, handling, tracking, and storage of incoming and outgoing deliveries via FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, USPS, etc.
• Maintain stock of shipping supplies for each carrier
• Create and distribute shipping carrier call tags
• Manage claims for lost or damaged items; gather required documentation and photos
• Ensure timely shipment of all packages and communicate delays via email or Teams
• Keep the Loading Dock area clean
• Package and ship equipment to remote staff as needed

Building Maintenance/Facilities

• Perform basic janitorial tasks in the Wilton office and warehouse as required
• Assist with setup and cleanup for on‑site company events
• Perform facilities, shipping, and maintenance tasks
• Prepare workstations for new hires and properly clean out offices during off boarding
• Inspect buildings for issues (e.g., roof leaks, ceiling tiles) and take initiative or report as needed
• Maintain towel supplies in locker rooms
• Create labels for bike slots and locker assignments
• Provide backup to the Facilities Manager as required

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1–2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or shipping, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented in a high‑volume shipping environment
• Experience in domestic and international shipping, including invoices and basic customs knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, as driving may be required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Availability to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays based on business needs
• Ability to respond to alarm calls during the Facilities Manager’s absence
• Knowledge of High Value Summary (HVS), batch shipment, or lithium battery shipping preferred

Physical requirements:

• Regular walking between the main office and warehouse 4–5 times daily
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Reach, kneel, bend, and balance on stairs or ladders
• Push or pull dolly carts up to 100 lbs and pallet jacks up to 200–300 lbs
• PPE may be required for certain tasks

The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs owns and executes U.S. and international regulatory strategy for the company’s Class II MRI devices and Class I accessory devices across the product lifecycle—from development through commercialization and post-market change management. The Senior Manager serves as a primary interface with regulatory agencies and Notified Bodies, provides clear recommendations to senior leadership, and builds scalable regulatory processes by mentoring internal staff and managing external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead regulatory strategies for Class I devices and Class II MRI devices to enable timely U.S. clearance and global market access in alignment with business priorities.
• Define submission plans, timelines, and resourcing; drive cross-functional readiness in a start-up environment with shifting priorities and accelerated schedules.

• Experienced directly interacting with FDA and international regulators/Notified Bodies, including leading meetings, preparing briefing packages, and managing written responses.

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position based in Hyperfine's Guilford, CT office is between $162,000 - $186,000 (or $180,000 - $208,000 if based in our Palo Alto, CA office). This position is also eligible to participate in Hyperfine's corporate bonus and equity plans. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, location, position level, and other job-related reasons.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate reports to the Chief Operating Officer and provides support to the operations team. This position performs duties related to departmental finances, administrative tasks, budget, data maintenance, and special projects. Looking for someone with operational skills and could grow in this role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• College degree or relevant working experience.

• Work with the Operations Team to assist with new exhibits, temporary installations, and special cross-departmental projects.  
• Assist with the preparation of important organizational information through written communication, meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.  
• Assists with the overall management of the COO and operations calendar for special events, projects, etc.   
• Works with the Operations Team and COO on ordering supplies, soliciting bids for projects, and overseeing the invoicing and purchase orders, and proper forms for new vendors are provided to the finance department.   
• Provides AV assistance for meetings, presentations, and special events.   
• Works with the Operations Team to document safety drills according to the standards of TMA, AZA, and/or OSHA.  
• Active member of TMA Safety Committee  
• Assists with the Safety and Security team with the fire evacuation program, including floor marshal assignments, and yearly training exercises.   
• Assists with the Safety and Security team with scheduling and organization of drill exercises.   
• Assists the COO with implementing and renewing the Insurance Program. including information for renewal and reporting claims.  
• Assists with parking and fleet operations.

The Analyst II, Actuarial maintains Oscar's forecasting, valuation, and pricing processes for several Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets. Responsibilities:

• Maintain core pricing and plan design models. Ensure consistency and standardization across team users.
