We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who will shape the Social experience of our product, creating innovative ways for users to connect, engage, and share their passion for sports.
As a key member of our team, you’ll design intuitive and visually compelling experiences with the support of our comprehensive design system, conduct user research to gather insights, and leverage data to observe and refine the impact of your designs.
What You'll be doing:
- Work on data-inspired and customer-centric products
- Work within the product team in a in a cross-functional environment to define and solve customers' and business needs
- Conduct research and bring forward new findings to reach goals and detect opportunities for improvements
- Run usability testing to come up with solutions that truly solve customer needs
- Design products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail
- Work with and contribute to the design system
- Create and validate UX deliveries like user flows, journeys, and information architectures
- Iterate and present design solutions to team members
- Lead or actively participate in the efforts of product discovery
- Together with team members, monitor the performance of the release, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it
- Own your professional growth and help other team members by providing feedback and mentorship
- Foster a collaborative and creative culture within the design team and across the company
We are looking for someone who has:
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
- The ability to think on high levels in product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
- Ability to make data-supported recommendations
- To be a constant learner and willingness to learn and grow as a person and as a professional
- Love to solve problems and be challenged
- The ability to understand technical implications in design decisions
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
- Experience in research and understanding of how research shapes a good product
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have:
- Motion design skills to create dynamic interactions and animations that enhance usability and delight users.
- Experience in using and/or designing sports or betting apps
- Experience in various UX research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
- Experience in working with design systems
- Creating and/or illustrating icons

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Design team and begin an exciting career with us. The successful applicant will be a designer who is passionate about defining functional and creative solutions to complex problems ultimately helping to shape the future of Superbet. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other team members to bring our vision to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team.
- Deliver creative solutions with an emphasis on a great user experience whilst also balancing customer needs, company goals, design cohesion and ease of implementation.
- Proactively gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey. Encompassing all aspects of the design life cycle you will be comfortable with customer research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing through to the final interface design.
- Constant optimization of the user experience.
- Contribute to the design system.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Product design experience with a portfolio to showcase your skills
- Strong UI skills and clean visual design sense
- Experience in designing for diverse platforms (web, iOS, Android).
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviours
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Solid planning and strategic thinking that clearly articulates design decisions
