About the Role
Join an elite team of highly skilled Systems Support Engineers and Sales Engineers, to play a key role in the company’s post sale technical assistance and customer experience. This position is responsible for performing technical support for clients and providing resolution analysis on various technical issues. The Systems Support Engineer works closely with Keeper’s business customers and must possess the ability to communicate technical information to users with a varying level of technical experience.
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
- Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritised, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle
- Assist customers in the installation and deployment of Keeper’s software products
- Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
- Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, QA, sales, and support teams as well as to the customer base
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Hands on experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Experience working with Single Sign On (SSO) environments
- Experience setting up and configuring Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
- Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
- In depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Python
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with and troubleshooting identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)
- Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

- Working knowledge of data analysis tools — experience with Tableau, Hex, or similar platforms is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to use them under pressure.
- A track record of developing people — coaching, mentoring, and giving feedback that actually sticks.

About the Role
As a bilingual Sales Engineer you will work alongside the Keeper Security sales force by supporting the pre-sales and post-sales cycle from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for identifying the technical requirements within an opportunity, matching them to Keeper Security solutions, and supporting the sale by positioning and demonstrating differences. You will provide product trials and evaluations to Keeper Security partners, assist with implementation and integration, and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.

- Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper products
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer opportunities and understand their business needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at a Keeper facility
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates
- Address technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges and achieve their goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the business
- Analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressure
- Works on issues that affect design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies
- Establish relationships and engage with the technical personnel to identify opportunities and sell Keeper Security products and services
- Ensure accurate and timely activity, issue updates in Salesforce and report to management
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers

- Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiences
- Technical background in networking and security applications as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

You will provide product trials and evaluations to Keeper Security partners, assist with implementation and integration, and provide level-2 technical assistance to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process of Keeper products for Channel partners in EMEA.
- Work closely with the Channel Account Management team to support and develop strategic partners technical capability and drive incremental partner revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or on-site at a Keeper facility
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates
- Communicate with German and English speaking partners, both verbally and in writing
- Address technical questions, concerns, and objections during the sales process to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Act as a technical advisor to partners, helping them understand how our solutions can solve their business challenges and achieve their goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the business
- Analyse complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressure
- Works on issues that affect design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies
- Establish relationships and engage with the technical personnel to identify opportunities and sell Keeper Security products and services
- Ensure accurate and timely activity, issue updates in Salesforce and report to management
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers
- Participates as part of a sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Contribute to the execution of company objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
- Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to build and demonstrate a high quality product overview to both technical and executive level audiences
- Technical background in networking and security applications as well as cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
