As the Director of Pricing Strategy, you will hold a key role in designing and executing Trustpilot’s monetisation strategy globally, which underpins the company’s growth. We are seeking a strategically driven Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Growth team. As part of our new global operating model, all brand strategy and creative development are unified under one structure to ensure stronger consistency, sharper positioning, and scalable brand impact across markets.

• Own resource planning and allocation across the Experience Strategy & Design team.

Website: Own the website as a core growth and brand channel. You'll drive the website revamp, the roadmap and ongoing development. You'll optimise user journeys and conversion flows, manage CMS governance, and collaborate with our web agency on SEO and new features.

• Own the roadmap, structure, and UX across all pages
• Build clear funnels and journeys across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
• Drive SEO performance in collaboration with agency (technical + content)
• Own Trustpilot and social proof integration
• Monitor traffic, conversion, and speed, and continuously optimise
• Manage web and paid media agencies with clear KPIs

CRM & Content: Own the customer communication journey to drive product adoption and upsell among existing coaches. 

• Plan and manage newsletters, product updates, and educational content
• Execute webinars and activation initiatives in collaboration with Brand Activation lead.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product to keep messaging aligned

Analytics & Reporting: Be the go-to on marketing performance. Build a consistent reporting framework that connects channel activity to business outcomes - from awareness and reach, to engagement and traffic, to conversion and pipeline.

• Develop consistent reporting across SEM & SEO, Paid, website, social and email/CRM.
• Analyse marketing metrics, refine strategies, and lead experimentation for continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional and global Commercial teams on performance alignment

Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess.

• 5+ years leading digital marketing across multiple channels - social, web, SEO, CRM, and/or content
• A documented track record of building growth channels from zero to scaled results - whether from e-commerce, SaaS, or agency
• Deep SEO knowledge and proven organic growth results
• Strong martech and analytics fluency - you own the stack, not just the reports
• Sharp communicator and writer: you can brief a creative, write a subject line, and present to leadership
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and running multiple programmes in parallel
• Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Creative Lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing. Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.

We’re now looking for a Head of People Services to lead and modernise our global people services. This is an opportunity to shape how People Services operates at Trustpilot — building robust processes, embedding strong governance, and enabling the business to scale with confidence. Sitting at the intersection of operations, technology, and compliance, this role is about turning people processes into measurable business impact.

Leading a team across Copenhagen and London, the Head of People Services combines rigour with ambition, bringing order and accountability to complex, multi-entity operations while simultaneously driving meaningful transformation through technology, AI and automation. 

What you’ll be doing

• Leadership:
  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of people operations and governance professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build a service-oriented team culture that balances operational rigour with a genuinely human approach to the employee experience.
  • Act as an effective bridge between the team and the business, translating strategic priorities into operational execution.
• People Operations:
  • Own and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle from preboarding through to offboarding — from contracts and addendums to terminations and decommissioning — , ensuring every touchpoint is efficient, accurate and compliant across all legal entities.
  • Drive efficiency and quality across all lifecycle processes through robust documentation, team training, and clear standards for execution.
  • Lead the team through the era of AI, proactively identifying opportunities to modernise manual or high-volume processes and bring the service into the future.
• Governance:
  • Own the system of governance that enables the People function to operate with regulatory compliance and financial discipline, ensuring the right controls, processes and accountability structures are in place across the entire People team.
  • Define and maintain the requirements for the People function’s risk register, material Plc controls and workplace health and safety, overseeing governance obligations.
  • Serve as the function's lead for SOC2, ensuring controls are fit for purpose, properly evidenced and audited and consistently followed.
• People Systems & Technology: 
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the People team's core technology stack (including the HRIS, ATS, LMS and other supporting tools), ensuring all systems are integrated, fit for purpose and evolving in line with the needs of the business.
  • Serve as the overall owner of Trustpilot’s HRIS, with accountability for data integrity, configuration, and the ongoing management of system changes.
  • Anticipate future needs and bring forward proposals for technology investment that will enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and the overall employee experience.

Programme management of key People function initiatives (e.g. end-of-year processes) is also part of this role, ensuring cross-team efforts are coordinated, delivered on time and customer-first.
