What You'll Do
- Lead Market Operations
- Oversee daily operations across multiple infusion centers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional patient experience.
- Support P&L for your market, ensuring strong financial and operational performance
- Act as an escalation resource and problem-solver for operational and clinical challenges.
- Mentor and Develop Team
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of center-level staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll, driving productivity and accountability
- Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on continuous improvement
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Partner cross-functionally with central teams (Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership) to optimize processes and resolve operational barriers.
- Support the launch and operational success of new infusion centers.
- Grow Patient Volume
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to achieve patient census goals and drive growth across centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources and vendor partners.
- Stay Ahead of the Industry
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations to continuously enhance patient care and operational performance.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with multi-site management.
- Experience managing a P&L and leading clinical and administrative teams.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

The Opportunity
As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. Our Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist support multiple offices in a Market.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. You have a strong grasp of verbal and written communication. You are able to identify opportunities and deliver on customer-centric solutions while using empathy, focus, and compassion in all interactions with patients and teammates. You bring self-awareness to your daily work to utilize your strengths and develop your areas of opportunity. What you’ll likely work on:
- Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative, and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
- Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
- Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
- Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
- Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
- All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc.
- Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization
- Master our technology suite including, but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, in order to interact with team members and complete daily work

What you’ll need:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
- A proven ability to display confidence and instill trust during the collection process while delivering individualized, human-centered, customer-focused care
- A proven track record of persisting through change, consistently stepping up to take action on challenges, and learning quickly and effectively when faced with new situations or tasks

The range for this role is $20.25 to $22.25 per hour based on a standard full-time schedule, with a 1.25 differential for eligible extended hours. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such as skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, plus one rotating Saturday per month, based out of our Columbus, Dublin, and New Albany offices.

In this flexible role, you will support the operations of one or more of our core business verticals based on the needs of our business.
As a Senior Loan Processor, Personal Loans, you will be responsible for managing workflows and tasks, ensuring that a loan application makes its way through our process smoothly and accurately. You will be an integral part of our Ops organization.The role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and a passion for high-quality customer service.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support various operational workflows related to loan processing, closing coordination, and post-close documentation.
- Manage and prioritize a personal pipeline of loan files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely movement through the process.
- Review applicant-submitted information and documentation, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and follow up as needed.
- Maintain clear, detailed notes in systems such as Vesta and Salesforce to ensure visibility across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience reviewing various tax forms and schedules, financial statements, credit reports, and general lending concepts

WBNS-TV Columbus, the CBS TEGNA affiliate, is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Journalist to help maintain our tradition of superior reporting and newsgathering. We are interested in finding a journalist who can create unique, memorable and well written stories, who can share them on all platforms with a mix of outstanding photography and unforgettable editing. Current driver's license and ability to operate news gathering vehicle to and from various locations is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform authoritative, compelling live shots in a developing story or in breaking news situations
- Develop story ideas
- Mine the community to find sources who will keep you informed about events and ideas in their areas of expertise
- Ability to identify, write and produce stories within a specific framework.
- Research for facts and credibility.
- Maintain and develop sources who will help bring our reporting to the next level.
- Shoot, write, produce and edit on air and online content within deadlines.
- Use creative production techniques such as graphics and new forms of media (viewer pictures, webcam interviews, etc.) to enhance stories.
- Use social media and digital tools to research, discover and distribute content.
- Attend editorial meetings and offer story ideas daily.
- Write in an exciting, captivating and authentic manner.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years reporting experience preferred.
- Must possess solid news judgment, display strong communication skills, creativity, and ethical decision-making skills.
- Strong writing skills, production skills and tease writing abilities.
- ENPS, EDIUS and Axis graphics experience is preferred.
- Must be organized with the ability to work under constant deadlines.
- Must be able to calmly handle live breaking news situations and changing events.
- Proven social and digital content creation ability.
- Knowledge of Columbus a plus

Position Overview
RSG is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead and oversee all finance and accounting functions for RSG and its supported retail businesses. This is a full-scope finance leadership role responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving core finance and accounting functions while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business partners.
Based in Columbus, OH, this role will own end-to-end financial strategy and execution for RSG, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, and compliance. The Director will play a critical role in enabling scalable growth, operational rigor, and financial discipline across Regent’s retail platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior finance leader for RSG, acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership and functional leaders.
- Lead all finance and accounting functions for RSG and its portfolio brands, including Club Monaco, La Senza, and other retail businesses.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Analyze sales, margin, cost structure, and profitability to guide strategic decision-making across brands.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support growth initiatives, restructurings, and investment decisions.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with brand leadership, operations, and corporate stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies, working capital improvements, and margin enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures are implemented and consistently followed across RSG and portfolio companies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial partners; lead audit and tax processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and Regent LP reporting expectations.
- Support private equity reporting needs, including cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team within RSG.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives, systems implementations, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership responsibility across multiple finance disciplines.
- Proven experience operating as a full-scope finance leader in a multi-site or multi-business environment.
- Strong understanding of retail financial drivers, inventory, margin analysis, and multi-entity accounting.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms and financial systems; experience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial compliance.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders while managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and complex financial matters.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $140,000–$150,000 (can be flexible for the right candidate).
