About the role:
The AI Creative Specialist is our go-to expert for leveraging cutting-edge generative AI in both imagery and video. You’ll utilize multiple AI tools and workflows—ranging from advanced prompt engineering to model training—to craft unique, high-quality visuals for our clients. As an integral part of our post-production and creative teams, you’ll push boundaries in AI-assisted content creation while ensuring outputs remain brand-consistent and commercially viable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

1. Advanced AI Model Utilization
• Expertly employ various AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL·E) and interfaces (ComfyUI or similar) to produce high-fidelity visuals and short-form video content.
• Fine-tune, train, and adapt models for specialized product imagery, ensuring consistency with brand requirements.
2. Creative Integration
• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI-generated assets seamlessly into final deliverables.
• Guide teams on best practices for maximizing the potential of AI-generated components within larger creative campaigns.
3. Workflow Innovation
• Develop and refine processes for AI-driven content creation, including advanced prompt engineering and iterative workflows.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, identifying opportunities for the agency to adopt or pilot cutting-edge techniques.
4. Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency
• Oversee quality checks on AI outputs, adjusting for color, composition, and brand alignment.
• Ensure final deliverables meet both creative standards and client expectations across a variety of use cases (e.g., paid social, digital displays, print).
5. Mentorship & Training
• Provide guidance, tips, and training to junior team members interested in AI, sharing insights on prompt crafting, model selection, and best practices.
• Partner with team leads and project managers to assess project feasibility and timelines when incorporating AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role; proven experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI, etc.). Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery.
• Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated record of experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns.

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Content Creator to join WITHIN's Creative Production team in a full-time capacity. If you live and breathe social media, especially platforms like TikTok, and have a knack for creating thumb-stopping, authentic content, this role is for you! You'll be instrumental in bringing our brand(s) to life online, transforming ideas and trends into engaging content, with a strong focus on User-Generated Content (UGC) styles. Reporting to the Post Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in our content creation engine, collaborating across teams to produce timely and relevant social-first content.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Trendspotting & Ideation: Constantly monitor social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) to identify emerging trends, sounds, and formats, translating them into actionable content ideas for our accounts.
• Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video and static content optimized for various social media platforms, capturing an authentic, often UGC-style, look and feel.
• UGC Focus: Develop and execute strategies to encourage and leverage user-generated content, as well as create brand content that mimics authentic UGC.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the [Social Media Manager / Content Lead] and broader Marketing/Creative teams to align content with campaign goals, brand voice, and platform best practices.
• Basic Editing & Graphics: Perform necessary edits, add text overlays, incorporate trending audio, and utilize basic motion graphics or in-app effects to enhance content and ensure it's platform-native.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets (raw footage, edited videos, graphics) for social media use, ensuring easy access and archiving.
• Platform Management: Stay updated on best practices, features, and algorithm changes across key social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Social Media Native: Proven experience creating engaging content specifically for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. You understand the nuances, trends, and culture of these spaces intrinsically ("chronically online" is a plus!).
• Content Creation Skills: Demonstrated ability to shoot (often with a smartphone) and edit compelling short-form video content.
• Editing Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and/or basic desktop software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, iMovie, basic Premiere Pro). 
• UGC Acumen: Strong understanding of what makes UGC effective and experience creating content in that authentic style.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record. 5–6 years of experience concepting, creating, and producing paid and organic social content. Your portfolio should showcase both strategic thinking and creative execution.
• Technical Proficiency. Deep working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) and other relevant creative tools.
• Clear and Confident Communicator. Comfortable presenting creative work, articulating rationale, managing client expectations, and guiding timelines with clarity and ease.
• Strong Design Sensibility. A sharp eye for layout, composition, and movement — with the ability to translate that into high-impact static and motion creative across digital campaigns.
