Principales responsabilidades:
- Se encargará de diseñar a través de diferentes artefactos y en coordinación con los miembros del equipo y stakeholders, colocando máximo foco en la satisfacción de las necesidades de los usuarios finales, pero sin perder de vista las necesidades y limitaciones expresadas por las áreas de Negocio y Tecnología
Requerimientos:
- Experiencia de 3 años a más desempeñándose como UX Designer o en roles similares.
- Experiencia en la elaboración de mapas de sitio, flujos u contenido
- Experiencia en la elaboración de prototipos interactivos
- Manejo de Design Systems & UI Kits
- Revisión de calidad de DEV, definiciones Usabilidad e interacciones.
- Conocimiento y práctica en relación a Motion Design, Sistemas de Diseño, Atomic Design, definición de patrones y componentes para productos digitales.
- Diseña productos digitales utilizando herramientas de prototipado y diseño de interfaces especificamente FIGMA
- Tiene fuerte entendimiento de plataformas y servicios digitales e híbridos (presenciales y digitales).
- Tiene experiencia en análisis y extracción de data cualitativa y cuantitativa.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale, customer-facing digital products—bringing clarity to complex problem spaces and delivering consistent, user-centered experiences across applications and platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define, discover, and design solutions that balance business goals, user needs, and scalable design systems.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for customer-oriented applications and platforms
- Facilitate strategic sessions and working workshops with stakeholders and client peers to align on goals, needs, and direction
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user/business insights

About You

- Strong UI and UX skills, including ability to translate insights and data into effective user experiences
- Experience operating independently with minimal oversight while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience in client-facing roles and working directly with decision-makers
- Strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions, and uncovering underlying needs
- Experience working in high-tech environments and within the complexities of large organizations
- Nice to have: experience working with agile product teams

About the role:
As a Sr. Designer, you will partner with our client—a leading global innovation and manufacturing company—to lead the design of a high volume of assets for their U.S. and Canada B2B divisions. You will drive creative projects from brief to completion, ensuring strict adherence to our client's brand direction, style guides, and tone of voice. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers and strategic stakeholders while managing a talented team of designers.
You will thrive in this fast-paced environment if you have creative-agency experience and a knack for tackling a wide range of deliverables. Working alongside a copywriter, designers, project managers, and fantastic clients, you will adapt and design brochures, presentations, sales enablement materials, social media campaigns, banner ads, videos, emails, and web/e-commerce content.
What you will be doing: Creative Direction & Execution
- Lead design delivery: Direct digital, print, and video projects across six divisions of the US/Canada B2B business group.
- Drive creative concepts: Develop creative and graphic concepts across multiple touchpoints, campaigns, and channels to meet content objectives.
- Champion the brand: Define and adapt the brand look and feel for various platforms while ensuring consistent representation across all deliverables.
- Evangelize design frameworks: Master and ensure consistency with design guidelines, templates, and toolkits to enable global consistency and elevate execution quality.
- Lead creative reviews: Facilitate design reviews and drive continuous improvement of digital deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
Team Leadership & Management

What you need to be great in this role:
Experience & Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience as a Digital, Interactive, and/or Visual Designer in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency.
- Experience successfully leading and managing designers.
- Consistent track record of interpreting briefs, developing creative brand solutions, and delivering projects within agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: B2B experience is highly preferred.
Technical & Design Skills
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, coupled with a deep affinity for layout, typography, and idea generation.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes.
- Ability to maintain consistency across designs while maintaining a highly creative approach.
- Bonus skills: Working knowledge of After Effects animation, experience with design automation, and an awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends.
