What we are looking for:

The Digital Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and scaling Cobre's digital growth strategy, integrating organic and paid acquisition channels with a product-led vision. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning the digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, demand generation, and product positioning.

The Growth Marketing Lead will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales, leading SEO/GEO initiatives, website management, multichannel campaigns, and the adoption of artificial intelligence to multiply results. We're looking for someone who not only designs the strategy but rolls up their sleeves and executes it, with a startup mindset and a focus on measurable impact.

What would you be doing:

Digital Ecosystem Ownership

Lead the comprehensive SEO, GEO, and LLM optimization strategy, ensuring Cobre is discoverable and relevant across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
Manage and evolve the website on Webflow as the central conversion asset, optimizing experience, performance, and content.
Orchestrate paid and organic channels as a coherent, integrated system, maximizing synergy between investment and organic growth.

Product Marketing Vision Across Digital Channels

Design and execute acquisition and upselling campaigns that drive visibility and positioning for Cobre's products.
Position Cobre as a product-driven and data-driven company through technical content, use cases, and thought leadership.
Translate product features into value messages that resonate with CFOs, treasury teams, and financial technology leaders.

Leadership in AI Adoption for Marketing

Identify and implement AI tools that optimize marketing processes, from content creation to data analysis.
Scale the marketing team's output by leveraging intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows.
Demonstrate through metrics how AI multiplies results in content generation, campaign analysis, and channel optimization.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Sales: align campaigns with funnel needs, provide qualified leads and support materials.
Field Marketing: integrate digital initiatives with events and field campaigns to amplify results.
Product Marketing: coordinate product launches, messaging, and positioning across digital channels.
Brand: ensure brand consistency across all digital executions.

What do you need:

Experience:

6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, product management, or digital marketing roles in B2B environments (ideally in fintech, SaaS, or tech startups).
Proven track record leading acquisition strategies: SEO/SEM, paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and website optimization as a conversion asset.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and squads (design, development, analytics).
Nice to have: experience in Product Marketing.

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
Experience managing six-figure USD paid media budgets and optimizing CAC.
Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and conversion funnel experimentation.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in marketing.
Experience with modern CMS platforms (Webflow, Contentful, or similar).
Advanced English (required).

The Marketing Analyst - Comms, will sit at the intersection of data, CRM strategy, and AI-driven efficiency. We’re looking for an execution-oriented person who owns their work from end-to-end. You'll spend most of your time inside Braze, Sezzle's primary consumer-focused CRM and marketing automation platform, building and analyzing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels. You'll dig into performance data to identify what's working, surface gaps in our consumer journeys, and develop new comms to fill them. You'll also look for every opportunity to apply AI tools to make the team's output faster, sharper, and more scalable.
This isn't a role where you wait for assignments. We want someone who can look at a set of data, identify the opportunity, and start building toward it then communicate what they found and why it matters to the team around them.

What You'll Do:

CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis
- Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.
- Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
- Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that make campaign data interpretable for the broader marketing team.
- Track KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and surface insights tied to those metrics.
- Effectively manage our marketing CRM tool to drive new and innovative use cases that can be shared across the team

The SaaS era of HR technology is being disrupted faster than most incumbents can adapt. Workday, SAP, ServiceNow — products built for a world of human workflows and form-based interfaces — are structurally ill-equipped for an agent-native operating model. The real competitive moat in this next era won't be features. It will be the depth of integration within a specific domain, and the quality of the data and reasoning layer that sits beneath it. We have the rare opportunity to build that solution — purpose-built for the People & Culture domain — inside one of the most technically ambitious companies in the world.

As Global People Data & Tech Director, you will lead the effort to design and build this from the ground up. You will define what the agentic HR stack looks like: the data models that make agents actually useful, the orchestration layer that lets them act with minimal human friction, the audit surfaces that let people stay in control without becoming bottlenecks, and the foundational platform that scales to 40+ markets without scaling the team that builds it. Agentic development practices aren't a side methodology here — they are how this organisation will operate. You build with agents, you build for agents, and your team stays lean precisely because of it.

This role isn't for someone who has deep experience with HR software. It's for someone who looks at HR software and sees an industry ripe to be rebuilt. Define the Agent-Native HR Stack

Build With and For Agents

Apply agentic development practices to your own team's engineering process — using agents to write, test, review, and deploy code so that headcount does not scale linearly with product scope.

Developing content for customer presentations and providing technical/functional content
Years of Experience: 5-8 Years | 3-4 Full Life Cycle Implementation (At least one Implementation in Agile/DevOps) in Oracle Cloud.
Geographical Experience: Experience implementing Transport solutions in latest Oracle Cloud at least two different regions.

Main Technical tools:

Core OTM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of OTM modules (Shipment Management, Rate Management, Business Process Automation).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, XML, and XSLT.
OTM Tools: Experience with Workflow Agents, Integration Manager, and Screen Sets.
Cloud Experience: Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud is highly preferred.
-Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of transportation modes (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air), multi-leg planning, and freight audit.
