The job is about harmonizing speed, style and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace.
Pixel perfectness is important. You safeguard quality at all times and work together with QA testers.

About the role:
entirely new opportunities, and challenges for creative teams. We’re looking for a GenAI Motion Designer to deliver a wide range of different marketing material, from social assets such as GIFs or Instagram posts, to cutdowns of TVCs, 2D animation, graphics that include motion such as supers or icons, and various graphic elements, based on the provided assets. You will be trained on our AI platform, Pencil, and will be using Pencil along with a range of other AI tools to ensure you deliver high-performing, innovative ads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design. Experience in 2D animation workflows, from concept development and storyboarding through to final execution is essential. A good knowledge or history of work in Social Media as well as AI is desirable.
Ultimately, as the GenAI Motion Designer, you will create and edit video content, ensure high-quality production, and collaborate with the creative team to meet project goals, through the use of AI as well as traditional tools.

We’ve got an amazing opportunity for one super talented Digital Designer to become part of the Brandtech+ global family and network. Our only ask of you would be to develop and create leading visual concepts that communicates inspiring digital ideas that are informative as they are captivating.
Drive best-in-class design practices and roll out your design thinking and execution across 360-degree campaigns. Your design experience should be broad, your portfolio should feature design projects previously executed on past or present client that includes BTL print elements, digital, visual merchandising, and in-store signage, although you’re not limited to these. A great spread of your experience, expression of concepts and ideas using graphics and language all within the field of visual communication is what we’re looking forward to seeing from you.
You will be responsible for designing, managing, and producing design concepts through to full artwork stage for a wide variety of outputs. This role will work under the direction of a Creative Director and work with and provided support to the broader creative team to assist, guide and mentor the executional process. Our ideal candidate will have prior in-agency or design firm experience and a portfolio to match.
You will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
