Job Summary
The Pipefitter Journeyman is responsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, and maintaining piping systems used to transport water, steam, chemicals, and other industrial fluids. This role requires expert‑level skill in reading blueprints, laying out pipe systems, and performing precise cutting, threading, welding, and bending of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials. The Pipefitter Journeyman ensures all systems are safely shut down prior to work, maintains clean and hazard‑free piping routes, and installs pipe segments using proper welding, soldering, or mechanical joining methods. This position supports safe, high‑quality industrial construction and maintenance activities, and may perform other duties as needed to support business operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities 

• Configure pipe systems blueprint and plan piping systems layouts.
• Ensure all steam, water, chemicals, or other liquids are turned off before working on the piping system.
• Precisely cut, bend, and weld metals such as carbon and stainless steel.
• Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from pipes as needed.
• Install piping or tubing segments securely with welding or other equipment.
• Thread, weld, solder piping together.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of experience as a Pipefitter or completion of a recognized pipefitter apprenticeship program.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping diagrams.
• Demonstrated skill in cutting, threading, welding, soldering, and bending pipe (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.).
• Knowledge of industrial fluids (steam, water, chemicals) and proper shutdown/lockout procedures.
• Ability to operate pipe fabrication tools including saws, bevelers, threaders, torches, and welders.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and hazard recognition in industrial environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver piping materials and equipment as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing.

Preferred:

• Current welding certifications (SMAW, GTAW, or others depending on project needs).
• Experience in refinery, power plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial construction.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience working with multi‑trade coordination on large‑scale projects.

Job Summary
Responsible for planning, scheduling, employee oversite, and management of industrial mechanical construction projects up to $10M in value. Assists Project Manager in coordinating activities of employees engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. This position is responsible for assisting craft supervision to coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction process, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. Must be able to pass pre-employment and on-going drug/alcohol testing.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on schedule for the project management team.
• Oversee field specific activities for industrial construction projects from setup to closeout related to the industries that Industrial Construction serves energy, power, mining, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
• Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.
• Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.
• Assures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.
• Ensure that all employees within the department receive the proper training required for them to operate the machines they will be working on.
• Assigns work and monitors job costs and overall performance, including monthly forecasting.
• Completes written reports on job progress, cost and other matters as requested.
• Supports planning on-the-job training for team members to ensure safety and quality of the work being done. Constantly monitors the job site for safety and quality of the work.
• Work closely with all areas of the operations to create new opportunities for Loenbro.
• Review and provide feedback on overall project schedule, working with Project Engineer to update and distribute to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to produce a cost-based estimate for RFP’s that are sent to Loenbro.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing mechanical craft trades.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree.

Dev Technology is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize mission-critical platforms for a federal client. This role combines deep technical expertise in system performance, cybersecurity, automation, and DevOps methodologies to ensure resilient and compliant infrastructure supporting national security objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor and Optimize: Continuously monitor system performance and implement corrective actions across current platforms.
• Application Integration: Manage and maintain integrations leveraging networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and firewalls.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate risks.
• Incident Response: Develop and maintain security incident response plans and procedures.
• Automation: Create and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployments, provisioning, and management tasks.
• Platform Management: Deploy and manage machines using VMware, vCenter, Kickstart, Puppet, Foreman, and CIS-CAT.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required (dual citizens not eligible due to federal contract requirements).
• Experience with federal government contracts, with a preference for contracts under Homeland Security.
• Minimum 12 years in a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift.
• Expertise in VMware, vCenter, Kickstart, Puppet, Foreman, CIS-CAT.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).

Our estimated salary range for this position is $116,000-$124,000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
