About the team
The TV Technology team within the Roku TV New Product Introduction (NPI) group focuses on delivering the best Audio Quality (AQ) and Picture Quality (PQ) and driving innovation. With tens of millions of TVs sold globally, thousands of channels, and billions of hours streamed on Roku TVs, worldclass AQ and PQ are essential.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the TV Technology team, based in Shenzhen. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be focused on helping our TV partners build the most desirable and best Smart TVs available. Your expertise in AQ and/or PQ will be utilized to help achieve the best possible audio and picture performance on specific mass-produced TV models by working closely with our TV partners, SOC vendors, and Roku TV engineers. You will also work on optimize and drive automation for existing audio and/or picture test strategies, e.g. by using AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and coverage.
What you will be doing
- Design, document, and execute test cases for AQ and/or PQ new feature verification, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with dev engineers to debug issues, perform iterative testing, and drive feature quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Continuously optimize AQ and/or PQ test strategies, identifying areas for improved efficiency, coverage, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts (primarily in Python) to increase test efficiency and maintain a sustainable automation framework.
- Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, test guides, and knowledge transfer materials for NPI manufacturing and release QA teams.
- Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders to align testing efforts with product roadmaps and business priorities.
We’re excited if you have
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on embedded systems, consumer electronics, or TV industry background.
- Hands-on experience in AQ and/or PQ testing, with a solid understanding of related test methodologies and industry standards.
- Proven ability to debug complex issues, work closely with development teams, and drive quality improvements across cross-functional organizations.
- Strong automation skills, particularly with Python scripting, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining automated test cases.
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written) with the ability to participate in daily technical discussions and collaborate with global teams.
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An open mindset toward AI technologies – even without prior hands-on AI experience, a strong willingness to learn and explore AI applications in QA is highly valued.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Familiarity with SoC partner engagement or factory support in consumer electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based testing tools or data-driven testing approaches.

About the role
We are seeking a senior level Technical Program Manager. This position will work closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, hardware design engineers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, manufacturing partners, and others to get products developed, tested, and released on schedule.

About The Position:
What You Will Do:
- Manage all post-sales activity for G-P’s customers through strong onboarding, progressive adoption activities, operational day to day support, relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

Purpose of Position
- The Engineering Manager, Digital Commerce Product will be responsible for leading the technical planning, delivery management, and engineering coordination of the next generation CASETiFY’s customer-facing digital commerce products. The incumbent will work closely with product, design, business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to define the development roadmap, drive execution priorities, and ensure high-quality and scalable solutions that support business growth.

Job Description
- Lead the engineering planning and delivery management for digital commerce products, including eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, mobile applications, and other customer-facing digital experiences,
- Work closely with product, design, business, and technology stakeholders to define the technology roadmap, delivery priorities, architecture direction, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives,
- Act as the key engineering counterpart in managing external vendors and development partners, ensuring clear scope, strong communication, delivery quality, and technical alignment with CASETiFY standards,

Requirements
- Strong hands-on software development experience with proven track record in customer-facing digital products
- Practical experience in developing and delivering eCommerce platforms, mini-programs, and mobile applications, with good understanding of digital customer journeys
- Solid experience in engineering management, technical delivery leadership, or solution delivery coordination in fast-paced digital product environments
- Experience in managing external vendors or development partners, including scope management, technical alignment, quality control, and delivery governance
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices including system design, API integration, testing, debugging, release management, and secure development
- Good knowledge of digital commerce ecosystems including storefront, product catalog, cart, checkout, payment, promotions, customer account, and post-purchase journeys
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, infrastructure, security, data, and business stakeholders
- Strong ability to define technical roadmap and delivery direction while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, quality, and speed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Known for promoting engineering best practices, structured execution, collaboration, and ownership
- At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience in software engineering, digital product development, or related roles, with prior leadership experience preferred
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, omnichannel, or other consumer-facing digital businesses is highly preferred
- Familiarity with mini-program ecosystems, app release processes, and digital commerce platform integrations is a strong plus

The Opportunity
Teneo is seeking a fixed-term Public Affairs advisor to join our Strategy and Communications team in Hong Kong SAR.
This role focuses on advising select clients on public affairs, policy, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder strategy, particularly where business objectives intersect with government policy, regulatory change, and broader geopolitical dynamics. Hong Kong SAR is a highly visible, fast‑moving environment, requiring strong judgement, political and regulatory literacy, and the ability to advise senior leaders through complex and sensitive situations.
The role will suit candidates with proven experience advising on the Greater China public affairs landscape, corporate affairs, policy advisory, or closely related fields, whether from consultancy, in‑house, or adjacent professional services environments.
Responsibilities
Public affairs and policy advisory
• Advise clients on public affairs, regulatory, and policy‑related issues relevant to Hong Kong SAR and the wider Asia‑Pacific region.
• Support clients in anticipating and responding to political, regulatory, and stakeholder developments that may impact business operations or reputation.

Requirements

About the team:
We have multiple teams in Shanghai and Shenzhen working on a suite of core products and services that enable Flexport operation to scale, including Forwarding Application, Client Application, Shipper Application, WMS, Consol Planning Tool, Document Platform (AI empowered), Email Platform, Compliance Platform, Work Assignment Engine, Exception Management, AI Copilot, Insight Builder (AI Data Analytics) and so on.
In addition, we have a NAWS (Native AWS) team that develops infrastructure solutions for our products and services using the latest Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technology: CDKTF (Cloud Development Kit for Terraform). Our scope includes, but is not limited to, CI/CD, observability, DevX, data subsetting (TS3), IaC, template engines, and various open-source projects. Additionally, the team provides technical guidance to engineers across the organization.

- Collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry to work on complex business and technical problems.

You should have:
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience writing software, and a strong engineering background.
- 2+ years of design and architecture knowledge as well as familiarity with object-oriented analysis and design patterns (OOA/OOD)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as TypeScript, Ruby, C, C++, Java, or Kotlin
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience

Position Summary:
The CRA II provides overall support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies. - Independently conducts all forms of site visits, including pre-study/ qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits, in accordance with the protocol, local laws, ICH-GCP and Precision SOPs. Prepares and submits for review, accurate and timely monitoring reports from all site visits (on-site and remote).
- Documents activities via confirmation letters, follow-up letters, trip reports, communication logs, and other required project documents as per SOPs, Clinical Monitoring Plan/Site Management Plan and client requirements. Supports subject/patient recruitment, retention and awareness strategies. Enters data into tracking systems as required to track all observations, ongoing status and assigned action items to resolution.
- Routinely reviews the Investigator Site File (ISF) for accuracy, timeliness and completeness. Reconciles contents of the ISF with the Trial Master File (TMF). Ensures the investigator/physician site is aware of the requirement of archiving essential documents in accordance with local guidelines and regulations.
- Communicates effectively and proactively with both site personnel and Precision Project and Clinical Trial Management to relay protocol/study issues including any deviations and implements necessary actions in response to those issues.
- Develops and maintains good working relationship with investigators and study staff, serving as an ambassador to promote Precision high quality and professional image.
- Performs investigational product (IP) inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security. Verifies the IP has been dispensed and administered to subjects/patients according to the protocol. Verifies issues or risks associated with blinded or randomized information related to IP. Applies knowledge of GCP/local regulations and organizational procedures to ensure IP is appropriately (re)labelled, imported and released/returned.
- Performs data review activities, including remote EDC CRF and patient profiles review, query resolution, and assists data management and clinical data quality personnel to resolve data discrepancies
- Identifies and processes Serious Adverse Events according to the procedures defined by the study team. Also demonstrates a full understanding of the SAE reporting process.
- Identifies site risks and escalates those to Clinical Trial Manager/Project Manager with suggested contingencies. Owns the timely and appropriate resolution of the risk with minimal support from project team.
- Prepares for and attends Investigator Meetings and/or sponsor face-to-face meetings. Participates in global clinical monitoring/project staff meetings (inclusive of Sponsor representation, as applicable) and attends clinical training sessions according to the project specific requirements.
- Travels as necessary according to project needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree / international equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience; 1 year oncology trial experience preferred
Other required:
- High in proficiency in the Microsoft Office package of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager - Men's Bottoms (Denim or Non-Denim) (SEA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high-quality Men's Bottoms products with fast production lead time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
- Material Sourcing: Resources in speed for any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality, and speed as options for scaling orders. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/vendor partners.
- Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from the brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; be able to construct a validated cost structure/template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.

Who you are
We are seeking a GSM with extensive experience in managing the sourcing and supply management of components modules and devices. THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager - Men's Bottoms (CN)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high quality Men's Bottoms products with fast production lead time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
- Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/ vendor partners.
- Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.
- Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement
- Drive for higher hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- Have a clear strategic, commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits that can improve product costs and speed of product to market destined for the USA, Canada, and Europe as an asset.
- Lead at 30,000 ft and 3000 ft involving a diverse set of stakeholders from different functions and nationalities. Be willing to be scrappy at times to improve on existing ways of working and redefining new processes and SOP for faster speed and continuous improvement.

As an Astera Labs Principal AEC / AOC Program Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects featuring Astera Labs' AEC / AOC portfolio of connectivity ASICs used in the world's leading cloud service providers, server and network OEMs. You will ensure that production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and are completed on time and within budget and responsible for manufacturing from NPI to mass production phases. As a full stack development engineer with more that 5 years of experience. You will serve as a core technical member of the development team, participating in the design, development, deployment, and full lifecycle maintenance of the company's cross-border payment system. You need to have a high pursuit of code quality, system stability, and security to ensure that you can provide secure, stable, and efficient services to users worldwide.
What you’ll do
- System design and development: Participate in the core architecture design and technical solution development of cross-border payment platforms, responsible for the development and iteration of core modules such as transactions, clearing and settlement, risk control, and account systems, and write high-quality and maintainable code.
- Performance optimization and stability assurance: Monitor and optimize system performance, handle online failures, and ensure high availability of the system in high concurrency, multi time zone environments (target 7x24 hour stable operation). Build a full chain stress testing, monitoring, and log analysis system to quickly locate and resolve performance bottlenecks and anomalies.
- Security and Compliance: Build a payment system that complies with international security standards and Chinese regulatory requirement, design and implement a fund security protection system, including transaction monitoring, API communication encryption, anti-attack strategies, etc., to ensure the security of user data and funds.
- Deployment and Operations Collaboration: Proficient in using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, collaborating with operations teams to achieve automated deployment, publishing, and governance of services.
- Teamwork and documentation: Work closely with product, front-end, testing, and operation teams to complete requirement reviews and implement technical solutions. Write clear technical design documents, API documents, and system architecture documents.
Who you are
- 5+ years working experience in a high-tech or fin-tech company or has experience in core modules of cross-border payments or third-part payments.
- Java Core: Proficient in Java language and JVM principles, with a deep understanding of multithreading, concurrent programming, collection frameworks, and performance tuning.
- Mainstream frameworks: Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and other mainstream open source frameworks, and understand their core principles.
- Database and Middleware: Proficient in MySQL and SQL optimization, familiar with at least one NoSQL database (such as Redis) and its application scenarios. Proficient in using commonly used message middleware such as RocketMQ/Kafka.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern state management. Familiarity with Next.js and Ant Design is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of modern frontend build workflows (e libraries, bundlers) and version control (Git).
- Distributed technology: Familiar with the concept of distributed systems, microservice architecture design and governance, familiar with common solutions such as distributed transactions, caching, locks, etc.
- Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis and positioning skills, and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Good teamwork spirit and cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to multi time zone collaboration.
- Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness, highly sensitive to financial security vulnerabilities.
As a plus
- Daily user of AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code etc; able to configure and govern usage effectively.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into high‑quality prompts and validate AI‑generated code with tests and static analysis.
- Understands limitations, privacy, licensing, and security considerations for AI‑assisted code; adheres to org policy and data‑handling rules.
- Experience building lightweight internal “AI agents” or scripts to automate repetitive engineering tasks (e.g., refactors, doc updates, test generation).

The Role- PD Manager, Footwear
Responsibility:
● Development Timeline Ownership & Acceleration
Own and actively manage the day-to-day product development timeline across new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and refreshes.
Ensure programs progress within the 16-week cycle target by tracking milestones, escalating risks early, and driving timely decision-making across teams.
● Cross-Functional Workflow & Orchestration
Serve as the central point of coordination across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors.
Ensure all parties are aligned on development status, next steps, and dependencies at every stage of the lifecycle.

● Approvals, Feedback Loops & Testing Coordination

● In-Country Development Trip Management
Run in-person country development trips with Global Merchants and Global Fit teams to accelerate decision-making, resolve issues at the source, and strengthen vendor execution.

Support timely staging of materials and finished-goods production in partnership with Sourcing. Coordinate on-time delivery of photo samples to Creative teams to ensure marketing readiness and launch timelines are met.

THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager - Women's Woven Tops (SEA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout for vendor partners in SEA who can manufacture high quality Women's Woven products with fast production lead time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
- Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 mill/ vendor partners.
- Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.
- Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement
- Drive for higher hit-rate launches (reviews, returns, sales) through product excellence and drive for faster development times by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
- Have a clear strategic, commercial understanding of the sourcing landscape and trade benefits that can improve product costs and speed of product to market destined for the USA, Canada, and Europe as an asset.
- Lead at 30,000 ft and 3000 ft involving a diverse set of stakeholders from different functions and nationalities. Be willing to be scrappy at times to improve on existing ways of working and redefining new processes and SOP for faster speed and continuous improvement.

THE ROLE
Sourcing Manager - Intimates/Lounge/Swim (HK/China)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong who can manufacture high quality Intimates/Lounge/Swim with fast production lead time
- Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale, if the test period is successful.
- Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding a redundant supplier base improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
- Manage capacity at a supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth and scale
- Material Sourcing: Resource in speed any materials that can effectively improve product cost, quality and speed as options for scaling order. Have experience negotiating with suppliers throughout the supply chain from T1 to T2 & T3 (as needed) mill/ vendor partners.
- Open costing expertise: Have solid open costing breakdown experience from brand or manufacturer side to build a clear strategy for costing negotiations; able to construct a validated cost structure/ template to negotiate with vendor partners without relying on vendor data only.
- Act as an Ambassador to our partners in all interactions, building and deepening our relationships Continuous improvement

What you will do
This position is based in Shenzhen, requiring frequent business travel to our manufacturing partners in Vietnam and other Contract Manufacturers (CMs) across China. You will be responsible for OEM product quality from new product introduction through sustaining. Being comfortable in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment coupled with excellent communication skills are essential to the role. You will foster and build an excellent communication and working relationship with our global Stripe partners.
- Define and implement BBPOS quality management in OEM factories.
- Establish a system of quality metrics to continually drive and supervise measurable quality at OEM.
- Manage IQC, IPQC and OQC for product quality control.
- Define and implement Quality assurance processes for our in house developed Hardware solutions (both for our Shop floor system Hardware and for BBPOS Product Test & Diagnostic bundles).
- Conduct quality system audit and quality process audit for CM maturity improvement.
- Understand product and process CTQ and implement control plans to monitor these CTQ’s and prevent quality excursions or quality incidents.
- Lead quality readiness review and monitor quality result during new product introduction builds.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues resolution.
- Drive the use of statistical analysis for key Quality data across the team.
- Collaborate with multi-functional peers on key business initiatives. Actively participate in these discussions in a transparent manner and bring data and value to these initiatives based on data and knowledge from your team.
Who you are

- Education background from BE, BS or MS in Engineering

- Basic Lean principle and methodologies such as CTQ, PDCA, 8D Problem Solving, Kaizen, Mistake proofing, DMAIC, FMEA, etc…
- Root cause analysis skills and with robust corrective action understanding for problem solving.
- Familiar with critical to quality control, and implement statistical quality process control and risk mitigation plan to ensure quality.
- Able to develop and implement OEM quality process audit checklist for continuous quality improvement.
- Proven track record to understand all aspects of Quality and to be able to lead and influence Operations and Suppliers.
- Familiarity with Hardware failure analysis techniques.

THE ROLE
Quality Assurance Manager
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who will be accountable for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements and lead Quality initiatives for our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to define strict product specifications and inspection plans, while managing third-party relationships to execute a robust global testing program. Your work will ensure that we not only meet compliance regulations but also proactively address customer feedback to continuously raise the bar on quality.
Responsibilities
Govern Quality and Compliance Requirements: Take full accountability for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements, ensuring all products meet internal and external standards.
Partner with QA, Merchandising, Product Development and Technical Design: Collaborate directly with teams to define detailed product specifications, testing protocols, and inspection plans for every category.

THE ROLE
Quality Assurance Manager
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager who will be accountable for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements and lead Quality initiatives for our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of product integrity. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to define strict product specifications and inspection plans, while managing third-party relationships to execute a robust global testing program. Responsibilities
Govern Quality and Compliance Requirements: Take full accountability for the governance of Quality and Compliance product requirements, ensuring all products meet internal and external standards.

- Development Timeline Ownership & Acceleration
