About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UKG Business Analyst / Systems Administrator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing and optimizing key enterprise platforms, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Technical Partner Solutions to define the strategic direction and lead the evolution of Braze's technical engagement with Technology (ISV) and Delivery Partners. For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 and $182,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $129,000 and $214,000/year (including bonus or commission). In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

As our Data and Platform Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of six engineers — three data and three platform — reporting directly to the CTO. You'll steward the full lifecycle from raw ingestion to governed data assets, while growing Caribou's GCP infrastructure toward complete automation and cost efficiency. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. The Associate Director, CRM Development plays a critical role in architecting and scaling the technology foundation that powers TripleLift's go-to-market engine. In this position, you will serve as the primary owner and developer of our Salesforce org - driving everything from custom object builds and workflow automation to data integrity, integrations, and platform governance. As a Senior Director, Partnerships - Snowflake, you are responsible for defining and driving Braze's global strategy for one of its most critical technology partnerships. The Senior Client Partner is the face of OneSix to our most strategic accounts and the engine behind their growth. It’s an equal mix of being the client’s trusted advisor, OneSix’s business operator, and the internal champion who pulls together the best of our firm behind a single relationship.

AlphaSense’s Content Operations Strategy and Enablement (COSE) team is responsible for establishing the strategy and infrastructure to drive sustainable and scalable growth for our Expert Calls and Compliance Operations organizations. We work closely with client-facing and cross-functional teams to drive impact across AlphaSense’s Expert Insights organization. Our team is organized into the following pillars:
About the Role:
As the Manager, Systems Strategy, you'll own the operational infrastructure behind the Expert Insights team. You'll lead systems strategy, evaluate and manage the vendor tool stack, and drive initiatives that improve speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness across the business. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, and leadership to identify smarter tools, automate key processes, and build the roadmap for how work gets done. You'll also manage a team of two Associates and serve as the go-to partner for cross-functional teams on all things systems and tooling. This is a high-impact, execution-oriented role for someone who's curious, data-driven, and energized by turning ambiguity into clarity.
What You’ll Do:
Total Cash Compensation Range: $135,700 - $174,000 (Base: $115,000 - $145,000 + 18% - 20% Bonus).

We’re hiring a technical, hands-on Product Manager to scale ML-powered products (ETA, risk, anomalies/exceptions, network insights) while building Data Science as a Platform—reusable capabilities that accelerate model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance across multiple product areas.
