As a member of our technical support engineering team, you will be on the front lines providing world-class customer service. As part of our engineering organization, you will become an expert on our product and partner closely with Metronome's engineers, customer success, solutions architecture, and growth teams, as well as our customers' developers.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer escalations through our ticketing system, using internal observability tools to diagnose and scope customer-facing issues, collaborating directly with customers via Slack and other channels, and developing internal tools and documentation to improve the support experience. Since we view every support escalation as an opportunity to learn, both as individuals and as a company, you will play a critical role in providing feedback to our product team on common challenges and influencing our product roadmap.

About the Role

Location

Within the P&C domain, this role supports modernization of the data ecosystem including transition from DHIC (DataHub/InfoCenter) to a CDA (Cloud Data Access) architecture that enables access to Guidewire base tables. The role contributes to building consolidated data assets combining Guidewire with legacy P&C mainframe systems. Support the phased transition from DHIC reporting structures to CDA-based data access framework. Job Summary
The Manager, Investment Risk will manage key aspects of investment risk and credit risk modeling, including oversight and approval of data inputs and assumptions, investment analytics and reporting, establishing investment policy through risk appetite analysis. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing enhancements to the reporting process, as well as refining methodologies for risk monitoring.
This position reports to the Director, Financial & Investment Risk. This position will work with other members of the Risk team and other functional areas within the Company, including Investments, Finance, Legal, IT, and key members of external asset managers serving the Company.
